“I'm not sure I understand the bad reviews of this Target location. I've been frequenting this location on and off pretty much since it opened. It saw me through my teenage years and I even stop in every now and then to this day (in my thirties) to pick up diapers, or to see what kind of holiday decor they have in stock. Overall it's always clean, friendly, and in general they have what I'm looking for.”

“On September 11, 2026, I visited the Overland Park store to migrate my iPhone 12 Pro Max to the iPhone 15 Pro Max. I was assisted by Ty, who was working alone at the time. As Ty assisted me in diagnosing and transferring my data to the newer version, more customers began to arrive at the store. Despite the increased traffic, Ty demonstrated remarkable multitasking skills, effectively managing his time between helping me and attending to his other customers. Although my issue initially seemed more complex, Ty managed to resolve it while ensuring that all the other customers who came into the store during my visit were also assisted. As an IT professional myself, I was thoroughly impressed by Ty’s maturity, professionalism, exceptional service quality, and unwavering customer focus. His performance truly represented the company well and would undoubtedly earn him a five-star rating from me.”
