“Upgraded my phone yesterday, got the new LG Stylo 5. I wish Cricket would give long-standing customers a little better discount when upgrading to new phones, but I am still very happy. This Cricket authorized dealer has always given me best customer service. She helped me set up my new phone, and I went back today and had my old phone unlocked so that I can give that to my granddaughter and she was very helpful with that as well. “I have had so many troubles with my phone over the years, from little viruses to it running terribly slow. I’ve gone into the store several times for help, and more often than not I was told I could fix it myself if I just followed some instructions.
Today, however, was very different. The new manager was absolutely wonderful. He took the time to truly help me, cleaned up my phone so there are no more annoying pop ups, and he did it all with a smile. He never once complained or made me feel like I was a bother, which sadly I have felt before.
He also went over my plan with me and showed such patience, kindness, and compassion. He is truly a lovely addition to the store. Thank you so much, Mark, for all of your help. I will certainly be returning, and I cannot recommend the Santa Fe location highly enough.”
