“I had a couple lights Come on. these folks narrowed it down. Did a great job diagnosing exactly what it was took Their time was patient with me. We figured out that it was a battery. Even though multiple shops around town told me that I needed a new transmission. I'm probably needed to a new wiring harness. I wouldn't trust anybody else with my car. Thank you for saving me thousands in repairs I didn't need.”

“We moved our son in at Fort Hays yesterday morning and at lunch his coolant hose broke on his Tahoe in the restaurant parking lot. My husband was able to fix it enough so we could drive it (quickly) to Hays Chevrolet service department. We finally got there around 4pm and the service team jumped on it quickly and was able to fix it properly in about an hour. I know they had other customers and everyone hates the guy who pulls in at 4 pm, but these guys were great and got his car back on the road. We are from out of town so we are thankful for their help in a jam.”

“The wind caught our car door and we had damage inside the door. While Joe was looking at it, more came loose and we could not get the door shut. Joe made a temporary repair to get us by. His bid for the repair was the lowest. The insurance co. chose him and we were pleased with the repair. after a couple of days, he called to let me know the parts would be in the next day and they fixed it in one day. I recomend them.Services: Painting”

“Josh and the service department were an incredible help. We were traveling from Jonesboro, Arkansas, to Estes Park, Colorado, on our honeymoon and our car broke down just outside of Russell, Kansas. We had issues getting a rental due to not having a credit card on hand (only cash and debit), and were practically stuck. The service department fit us in the same day to try and see if anything could be done. They did their best to get us help. Sadly, it seemed like the repair work and getting the parts in were just going to take too long for us to wait around. We ultimately decided to just trade in the car we had for something on their lot. Josh worked with us and got us in a Dodge Durango. Now, we’re on our way to our honeymoon and just a few hours off schedule! Thank you to everyone who helped us out and we really appreciate how kind everyone was at this dealership.”

“Billy, Dan and the entire staff are great to work with. The service shop is very accommodating and do a great job. I used to run another big name utv until I tried a Can Am defender. Needless to say I've never gone back. Can am is simply built tougher and better in my opinion. I've put over 24,000 miles on each of them and they just keep going. The most I could get out of the other big name brand was 8,000 miles when they were worn out. Briney motorsports is top notch!”

“Took a trailer loaded with various pieces of junk metal to Pfeifer's yard. He not only paid more than Denver, (where you unload everything but the super heavy pieces by yourself), he unloaded my trailer for me with his magnet. Although his driveways were a little narrow and somewhat rough, there was little traffic to get there and Mr. Pfeiffer himself was very pleasant and easy to deal with. I saw no reason not to return with more business.
