“We moved our son in at Fort Hays yesterday morning and at lunch his coolant hose broke on his Tahoe in the restaurant parking lot. My husband was able to fix it enough so we could drive it (quickly) to Hays Chevrolet service department. We finally got there around 4pm and the service team jumped on it quickly and was able to fix it properly in about an hour. I know they had other customers and everyone hates the guy who pulls in at 4 pm, but these guys were great and got his car back on the road. We are from out of town so we are thankful for their help in a jam.”
“Credit to the service department, I had an issue they scheduled me an appointment in adequate time frame. The technician diagnosed the issue in no time! I did not proceed to have it fixed right then and there due to the shocking cost of the part. To no fault of the service department thats not their doing. The high note of this encounter was the service man did not try and persuade me to no end. He simply reminded me they could have it replaced in short time if I chose to. I said no thanks and we finished the transaction and I was on my way!!”

“The wind caught our car door and we had damage inside the door. While Joe was looking at it, more came loose and we could not get the door shut. Joe made a temporary repair to get us by. His bid for the repair was the lowest. The insurance co. chose him and we were pleased with the repair. after a couple of days, he called to let me know the parts would be in the next day and they fixed it in one day. “I went here to purchase a tire and rim to use as a spare for my car. They got me exactly what I wanted and at a very reasonable price. “Tanner and Taylor helped me so much the other day. My car died in a parking lot and Tanner, who was an off the clock autozoner was so kind to give my car a jump. He recommended for me to go to autozone where Taylor helped me. Taylor got me a new battery and installed it. Taylor was so knowledgeable and kind. I was really thinking the worst for my car, and she calmed all my concerns. They tested my battery, replaced it, and recycled the old one. I will definitely be returning to autozone for any future car needs.”
“Called a day ahead to see if they could clear a check engine light on my Sea-Doo Spark after I ran the engine too long out of water and threw a code for an exhaust temp sensor. He was able to schedule me on my lunch break the following day and quoted me an extremely reasonable price. Next day pulled up and Lane took care of me immediately. Pulled my trailer close and he plugged in, confirmed the code was likely just a fluke from running it dry too long and also updated the iBR with a new update while he was there. He went above and beyond to check my RXTX for any updates climbing all over the trailer to get the job done, very knowledgeable and friendly. Afterwards didn’t charge me and just thanked me for coming by. Really appreciated his help and timeliness to address my issue within my lunch break. It was apparent he was there to help rather than make a quick buck. I highly recommend this shop, their staff is super personable and I find myself there on weekends to pick their brains about new products.”
“Took a trailer loaded with various pieces of junk metal to Pfeifer's yard. He not only paid more than Denver, (where you unload everything but the super heavy pieces by yourself), he unloaded my trailer for me with his magnet. Although his driveways were a little narrow and somewhat rough, there was little traffic to get there and Mr. Pfeiffer himself was very pleasant and easy to deal with. I saw no reason not to return with more business.
