“It's an older store and I'm pretty sure they have had problems keeping the doors open ever since the mall in which it's located has all but been abandoned. Despite the struggling surrounding businesses JCPENNEY has managed to maintain its foothold in the iconic mall of Hays America. The staff is always pleasant, not sure if they still have the salon inside anymore but I always have and I assume I will always enjoy their sales and deals on men's shoes.”

“The guys at the Tire Center rock! I stopped here while making the trek from FL to CO when my tire pressure light came on. I rolled into there, they checked out my tires, filled them and we were on our merry way. And for free and without showing cleav--yes!”
