I got notified at 5:46 pm to pick up my order and the store closed at 6pm. I called to see if I could be helped if I arrived right at 6pm. Van answered and said to take my time. He promised that he could get me checked out, just not process my device swap. He kept his word and was kind in the process. Amazing service!
