Great customer service everytime... Horrible service. Left for TMobile. Don't understand why it got so bad. Spend countless hours otp with customer service and they could simply never help me. Once again, they always have great service at this location. It's not their fault the service doesn't work lol. They just work there

I have gone in to the Ward Parkway shop twice this last week, and all of the staff have been so friendly. They have worked to get me the best deal, and the two gentlemen tonight even stayed late and went above and beyond to assist me. I have been very pleased with this location :)
