I had a wonderful experience with a young lady named Eileen. I bought my cricket phone at another cricket store, but she helped me get rid of the do not disturb feature that sent all my calls to voice mail. Sweet, patient and very knowledgeable. Left her some Danish treats as a thank you.

Was having a phone network issue went inside and they have good customer service Jack the manager helped me a lot he is very good at understanding and helped me get a new phone and will always go there again ....love the crew and store ♥️
