Amazingly helpful staff! They called me before to get the details of my issue, very upfront about timing and cost. Very friendly, talked me through the issues and educated me on what was going on. The staff, all of them had time to say hi and answer any questions regarding an inspection I was having done. I was also in need of new tires big time The folks at my Firestone worked to get what I wanted in a superior gripping tire for my Z350. Thank you staff!
