“Well, in all honesty, there was a younger girl there earlier today who seem to know what she was doing and didn't seem like she was going to have a problem setting me up, but there was a guy there who had this very in-depth problem that didn't have easy solutions or anything so I had to leave and come back later. When I did so, I did get the phone that I was supposed to get, and they did change the number, but they completely forgot to clone the phone and move my accounts and information and email and everything else over to the new phone. So I'll have to go back tomorrow or the next day and try and find the girl who seems to know what she's doing and see if she can do that for me.”
“They were very helpful and well staffed. I would ask for Romandrius "Rom". He helped me transfer a lot of photos that Best Buy messed up. He also took the time to explain helpful features on my phone. He went above and beyond customer service and we even had a conversation. I am very satisfied with the service that I got.”

“I Ended up here at the end of a horrible day, stressed to the max. Figuring it was only gonna get worse dealing with a phone store but the two girls at the counter, Arianna and Connie, were got everything taken care of super quick and easy...also broke into song singing hakuna matata from lion king which was good for a much needed laugh. “I went to this location to switch from metro pcs after being with them for 10 years and I was having a bad experience with Metro trying to turn on my new phone because my old one was broke. I walked in not in the greatest of moods (menopausal mood)There was a young lady named Daiva that assisted me and my daughter change everything over for me and my husband. Let me just say that with my slight temperament at this moment from leaving Metro PCs (2 doors down from Cricket )poor Daiva kind of received some frustration from me and she was handling everything amazingly. She made sure I got the best plans for me and my husband and she helped us with a discount program that saved us $30 a month. This girl works great under pressure and deserves a raise. Thank you again Daiva your customer service skills were outstanding.I recommend switching to Cricket if you are with Metro PCs I haven’t dropped a call since and it runs a lot faster”

“I called around to give or six other metro stores for a specific phone. The store on 39th and main told me they had it in stock but couldn't tell me the price. When I got down there they didn't have it stock because the worker there didn't know the differences between models. Called this store on Central and they knew what phone I was asking for and had it in stock. When I got there both of the workers were helpful and polite. Got me the phone I wanted at a great price and had me set up and ready to go in about 15 mins. I have a couple other closer metro stores to me but I will be going to this one because the customer service and knowledge are hands down the best I've found anywhere in the KC metro area.”
