“I like Genoa Pharmacy, it's conveniently located and the staff are knowledgeable about medications. Although it's inside a mental health facility, it makes it good to pick meds up at. I like how it's also affordable for those experiencing hardship on getting meds having no insurance.”
“I travel between CDA, Idaho and Kansas City, MO every year for several months at a time. Today, it was time to refill my meds and the process to do so was a bit more complicated than usual.
My refills were at zero and to transfer my meds to another Walmart in Idaho for pick up, they have to be authorized for refill/renew in Kansas City first.
I called into the pharmacy and was helped by a very nice young lady named Karina. She went above the standard protocol for me to help ensure I will have all the medications I need in hand before I run out next week. Not only did we take care of one (the empty one) but she made sure to help me with the other two meds I take.
I appreciate her awesome customer service and want to give back to her the recognition that her efforts were very much appreciated today and is why I am posting this review of her willingness to do her job well.

“I find the Costco pharmacy better than, say, Walgreens because they actually answer the phone and they seem to have fewer problems with the availability of medications. But the opening hours are less convenient than in round-the-clock pharmacies.”
“This is my go to Sam's club. Love the selection and using the scan and go app makes it super convenient to get in and get what I need and skip the lines. Insider tip - buy the rotisserie chicken for $5 and it can last you a week. They also have a great tire department”
“This has been my place for probably a decade now. I never have the problems my mom and sister have with other pharmacies. (my sister works at a hospital) It is always fast, they are on top of my renewals. With the plus card there are big savings on some prescriptions. I just did covid and flu vaccines in about 10min from parking. Their assistants are really great and knowledgeable. A+ from henry ;)”

“Number one, the store is rated a star 6. Why? Because Becky is the manager and the place runs great. I never have problems with my insurance. Or what I'm going to pay. It's what I was told. I was gonna pay best pharmacy ever.
I've been a customer of theirs for over 3 years. It's not the closest to me but it's totally worth the great service”

Yes they usually only have 2 lines open at this store but keep in mind that all restaurants and stores are VERY short staffed and it's not THEIR fault.
