Honestly, it would’ve been so easy for the staff to say there’s not much we can do here and send me on my way given the countless hurdles we experienced with my Nissan Altima. Very well run operation. I purchased a used Honda and wanted another opinion on the vehicle condition after having Honda do a pre-buy inspection. The Firestone inspection results exactly matched the Honda dealership results and recommendations. I previously purchased tires for my Jeep at Discount Tire. I figured I would get tire prices on this Honda. Scott was able to match some tire prices I didn't think could be beat after calling 4 others local tire shops who couldn't. Scott did!
