“Vehicle batteries have gotten pretty pricey. Although you get a 2 year warranty with new batteries. You still can't beat the price that this place sells. The life expectancy of a recycled battery is 2 or more years. But even if one of his batteries doesn't last 2 years. You could buy 4 recycled batteries for the price of one band new battery w/ a 2 year warranty. Draw back is the store hours. But the savings are worth the wait for the place to open.”

“Ran over a strip of tire which made the shroud on the front end of my vehicle hang down and drag the road. Stopped in to see if I could grab some tape and see if I could put it up on blocks to fix myself until we got home. Employee offered some actual clips and tossed them on himself. Friendly and more than helpful!”

“Loose battery nut. Gent fixed it, spent 15 minutes. No new battery needed. Tipped the guy $20.00 bucks. This is how you tip. Maybe a buck for coffee, donuts and Uber, door dash. This is real customer service!!!! Went to Autozone first. Closes at 8 pm. They were already closed. Guy said through windows. We're closing down. Showed my phone that said they were open, said cant do.”
“Bought some windshield wipers here. The store clerk could tell I was struggling figuring it out and putting them on, and he came out and helped me. It was 0 degrees outside as well. Very kind and helpful move that went above and beyond!”
“I just drove up to KC from Dallas during this crazy winter blast. My wiper fluid quit working. I stopped by the closest O’Reilly’s (Linwood) to the hotel I’m staying at. I’m forever thankful that I did. Woody is not your average guy. Not only did he try to assist me in repairing the line…he also directed me to a trusted repair shop when it became clear this was not something I could fix (or he could help me fix). In a world full of “it’s not my job” people, Woody is a breath of fresh air. I will forever go to O’Reilly’s and recommend them to anyone that needs a little auto repair/part help.
