“Worked with Cody and Gary at the Rainbow location yesterday and couldn't be happier. What a great team!! Cody helped me with my wife's old SUV sharing details about their service and suggesting other ideas regarding the vehicle in addition to a super fast oil change. I noticed a flyer in the waiting area they clean the fog from the cars headlights which was thoroughly explained so decided while there to also have that work done. “During our time at McCarthy Honda we worked with Ben and he is incredible at his job! He is a straight shooter and his motivation really was to find a car that was the best fit for us. He happily and professionally handled all of our questions, comments & concerns. He was knowledgeable about the cars in stock, financing options and respectful of our boundaries. We did find a car we loved, but it was outside of our decided budget. During negotiations we worked with Rodney. He patiently and kindly explained exactly why the price point we were trying to negotiate down to wasn't feasible, but he did try to find creative solutions to get us in something similar within our budget. Even after he realized the sale likely wasn't going to happen, he was never patronizing or dismissive. Ultimately, we did not end up purchasing a vehicle during this visit. We are going to keep up with their new inventory as it comes in online because we actually WANT to buy from them. In today's world we (as a society) have to be more cognizant than ever about putting our money in the hands of good people, and we have no doubt McCarthy Honda is one of the best dealerships in town (if not THE best) with GREAT people. If you are new to buying cars or are tired of "used car salesman gimmicks", start here, ask for Ben or Rodney, and prepare for a top tier car buying experience!”
