“I went in recently to get a new battery for my car and found they had the best price around. They will install your battery for free, but that's not the selling point. The staff is super helpful and kind. My battery terminals were very loose and while installing, the staff member explained how to replace them myself! Talk about service! He also noticed that Meineke on Santa Fe had left my intake disconnected and my filter box opened, potentially saving me from engine damage!! As a woman, it is always nice when I can walk into a parts shop and not be talked down to, and to have my questions answered without judgement. Super fast service, and though its farther than my usual shop I will be a regular from now on! 10/10”

Gilbert hooked me up with a new alternator and then a jump pack the next few times. I went there four times in the last 24 hours and wish I lived here to go back every time.

He waited on hold while dealing with other customers and just did an amazing job with customer service. At this point in the day, I had already contacted two other competitors as well as two other dealerships looking for this part. A transmission shift cable is not an expensive part and I understand people not wanting to take the time to search for it, but I was stranded. He was able to find the part and tell me where I could get it and I just wanna say my thanks. Customer service like this is hard to come by these days and it is appreciated. I will be shopping to this location in the future because he took the time.”

“I needed my battery replaced, and after visiting both Advance Auto and AutoZone, I was told the battery was bad, but they couldn’t replace it because of its positioning.
I was beyond relieved when Jason at O’Reilly Auto Parts worked diligently and did not give up until he got me up and running again. All of the staff were friendly and provided great customer service. Jessica, who initially checked my battery, even double-checked everything to make sure she was doing it correctly and had the right code for my car.
