Bran New HVAC unit with fins damaged and Royal Supply of Lenexa KS will not replaced their damaged unit. Looks like it was dropped. They came and combed it out and left without even speaking to me! Crappy Customer Service. The unit is not level either! PLEASE SHARE on all social media. Zero if that was a selection.”

One in particular- I can't remember the name of- must of spent 10 minutes talking with me about what different carving tools would be most useful. Some previous reviews mentioned bad guest services/sexist workers, but that just wasnt my experience. Maybe they fired the bad employee.. who knows!
