“I purchased a new Weber Grill at Westlake ACE Hardware in Shawnee on June 13, 2026. The second time I used the grill, the burners lit, stayed on for about three (3) seconds, then went out. I was unable to relight the grill. Despite multiple attempts at trouble shooting, I could not light the grill. My interaction with Weber customer service was filled with frustration as they could not resolve the problem. I contacted Eric Larkins, the assistant manager at ACE. After listening to my problem, he volunteered to come to my house. He came out the next day and within ten minutes the grill was working perfectly. He was very courteous as well helpful. Outstanding customer service above and beyond what I expected.”

“What can I say? It's harbor freight and I love it! Definitely the place to go if you need tools, but don't have a lot of money to spend. Just like anyplace in the open market, sometimes you get exactly what you pay for. There are deals to be had here at Harbor Freight! I recommend.”
