“Here is my review that I submitted to Ace Corporate:

Charles greeted my 4 year old daughter and I within the first 30 seconds of entering the store. He quickly offered to help find the battery I was looking for so I could repair my daughter's mermaid watch.

After locating the battery, Charles offered to go on a scavenger hunt in the store to locate a toy plane and win a prize. My daughter is shy, but agreed. We located the toy plane, and my daughter was presented with a sticker, a picture of the Ace toy plane, and was able to pick a prize toy from a bucket during checkout. Maddox was our cashier and he was extremely friendly to my daughter as she sorted through the bucket to claim her prize.

I am touched, as a core memory growing up was going on trips to Ace Hardware on college boulevard as a young kid to get supplies for home projects. I ALWAYS had fun, and it was always an adventure. Now that I'm a father, I am thrilled that the team at Ace made our trip an adventure for my daughter as well!

“I needed new screws for my new license plates. Simple - right! After two attempts on my own - I finally asked for assistance. Staff was so simple - identified the problem with my stripped holes - found the right screws - then found a ratchet and put them on for me! A-1 customer service. They are always so helpful!”

“The staff here got me exactly what I needed. I wanted new door handles for my new house, but I was having lots of trouble figuring out what I needed and how to have everything keyed. The staff here were able to help me get that sorted out super easily and got me a great set of handles and locks for a very reasonable price. They also printed me quite a few spare keys at no extra charge. Skip the big hardware stores and come here for any locks or door handles you need, the people here are great!”

Recently, I needed a receipt to file a warranty claim for a product that had stopped working. I couldn't find the original receipt, so I called Ace. TJ went above and beyond to help me by tracking down a copy, ensuring I could get my purchase covered under the warranty.
Their service is always fast and friendly. If they don't know an answer, they admit it and quickly find someone who can help guide me in the right direction.
One time, I visited the store looking for advice on which tool I needed for a home project. Even though I didn't buy anything, the staff took the time to explain my options and gave me helpful tips. Walking out with more knowledge and confidence than when I arrived is a pretty cool feeling—and it makes me want to return.

“We visited this Lowe’s for the first time on July 4 - we couldn’t have left more pleased! The associate who was a major factor in our wonderful experience was a chipper gal named Joyce.
Joyce helped with all aspects of our purchase; finding what we needed, getting set up for credit, and loading our purchases.
When I reviewed our receipt, I noticed that my veterans’ discount wasn’t applied to the big ticket items. Joyce found someone to explain why, but they were able to find $120 more in savings.
Upon our parting - we found out that Joyce was off the clock the entire time - she’s definitely a keeper and needs a raise!”
