“I was driving by after stopping at another store next door and was actually on my way to ace hardware to get a key copied. I decided to stop here to see if it was something they did. The guy who had helped us was very kind and friendly. He copied my key perfectly and flawlessly and told us it was on the house. I appreciated his kindness!”

“Amazing experience here, had a gentleman greet me warmly when I walked in the door despite being busy helping another customer. I didn’t catch his name, but it was the same gentleman who also offered me popcorn when I walked out the door. I should note, it was Black Friday and most retail workers moan when they hear they have to work that day, but not this guy. Home Depot definitely doesn’t make you as excited to be there as Westlake does! Thank you Antioch Westlake.”

“I'm happy to have this store in my area. It's not the nearest store to my home, but this location has a tool rental area (at the NW corner of the store) which offers a wide selection of tools, and has come in handy several times. I've rented large, seldom used tools like a tiller (to remove rocks from my front yard) and a concrete etcher (so I could apply epoxy to my garage floor). The tools were available at reasonable rates and worked as expected, while the service was always knowledgeable and helpful. Sweet!”
