I have never experienced so much knowledge, care, and professionalism in a big box store such as Lowe's, Home Depot etc. He should be running that store and I told him that. “Customer service was "above and beyond". I Ordered a custom Onyx lavatory (bath countertop with integrated sink) that arrived 1/4" wider than ordered on the left side, and it "appeared" 1/4" short on the other. They called Onyx while I was still there to get another one ordered...and THEN...after I left...they removed the thing from the box...realized it was not actually 1/4" short on the right side...it only appeared to be when nested in the packaging...AND they trimmed the right side that was too wide...turning it into exactly what I ordered...and THEN...Chad delivered it to me so I wouldn't have to drive back out to Olathe from Lawrence! I can't begin to express my surprise and deep appreciation for their thoughtfulness. Almost unheard of these days. I'll totally be back...even though I live in Lawrence.”

It was quite an investment for me, and I drove all the way down from Lansing, KS despite the fact that there is a TSC in Lansing, because the customer service provided to me over the phone was so much better than Lansing. Michael was not only incredibly helpful and friendly on the phone, but even more so in person. This will now be my go to location for anything I need from TSC. Despite being clearly short staffed, they all did a great job.”

“This is a great place to take stuff to recycle from the house! They have a large variety of stuff to buy at deeply discounted prices. The exceptions were a couch that looked brand new that was $125 and a men's dresser for $650 and a women's dresser for $750. Otherwise, there were couches for $50, chairs for $40. They also had cabinets, washers and dryers, tables, bookcases, hutches, paint, garden stuff, tile, carpet remnants, plates, bowls, lights, doors, toilets, tools and many more things!!! Of course, you never know what they will have so you gotta stop in.”

“I'm happy to have this store in my area. It's not the nearest store to my home, but this location has a tool rental area (at the NW corner of the store) which offers a wide selection of tools, and has come in handy several times. I've rented large, seldom used tools like a tiller (to remove rocks from my front yard) and a concrete etcher (so I could apply epoxy to my garage floor). The tools were available at reasonable rates and worked as expected, while the service was always knowledgeable and helpful. Sweet!”

“Pretty neat store. They have a lot of used items and a lot of new items, donated mostly. I found something I wasn't looking for, which was a bucket of paint. At check out they told me there is a 30 day return policy, So if I don't quite like the paint I can bring it back. The paint I get for a great deal a gallon for $11. They have furniture, lights, bathroom stuff, chairs, tables, dining room sets, TV stands, etc. Eve some free items. Also the staff was very friendly and helpful.”
