“My iPhone had been having issues charging for quite some time until recently it just stopped wanting to charge all together. I was on the verge of buying a new phone which I didn’t want to do, so instead, in desperation I brought it here to see if they could fix the issue. A nice young lady told me it would probably just need a good cleaning. They quoted me at $25 plus tax for the cleaning and said if she couldn’t get it to charge that they wouldn’t make me pay for the service. I left my phone with her and came back about 20 minutes later and to my surprise she cleaned it up and it was charging like brand new again. I almost couldn’t believe how well it was doing after all the trouble I was having with it. I happily paid the cleaning fee and saved myself the headache of needing to buy a new phone. Thank you so much to that kind employee who assisted me with my issue and corrected it. I would highly recommend using this business! Several days later I’m happy to report it’s still doing great and charging like a dream!”

“I had an insurance claim to have the LED display replaced on my Samsung Galaxy Ultra phone.On 1/13, Rob greeted me, was friendly, and explained the process.The 84th and Ward Parkway location didn't have heat that Saturday. However, he was a good sport, as he was bundled up.He and Marcellus, who I assume was the tech, both had coats on, but did their work without complaint. That's dedication.Rob suggested a protective screen coating but wasn't pushy and even applied it for me.The work was done timely and professionally.I would recommend this business!”

To my surprise I had a fantastic outing. The free SIM card replacement was just the start. “Upgraded my phone yesterday, got the new LG Stylo 5. I wish Cricket would give long-standing customers a little better discount when upgrading to new phones, but I am still very happy. This Cricket authorized dealer has always given me best customer service. She helped me set up my new phone, and I went back today and had my old phone unlocked so that I can give that to my granddaughter and she was very helpful with that as well. “My husband and I went in to the Olathe store on Blackbob to get help with a billing issue and a credit that was due on our account. We had been trying to get it fixed for awhile and we were feeling very frustrated. We had an appointment with Eve in December and she spent a lot of time with us trying to fix the problem. She was able to get our bill fixed and our credit issued. Fast forward to February and 2 bills later still no credit on our account. I reached out to Eve again. “I went to this location to switch from metro pcs after being with them for 10 years and I was having a bad experience with Metro trying to turn on my new phone because my old one was broke. I walked in not in the greatest of moods (menopausal mood)There was a young lady named Daiva that assisted me and my daughter change everything over for me and my husband. Let me just say that with my slight temperament at this moment from leaving Metro PCs (2 doors down from Cricket )poor Daiva kind of received some frustration from me and she was handling everything amazingly. She made sure I got the best plans for me and my husband and she helped us with a discount program that saved us $30 a month. This girl works great under pressure and deserves a raise.
