“I had the pleasure of having a great experience from All City Towing on Wednesday 10/14th, due to a vehicle breakdown literally a new truck of Ferguson. I just picked up the truck in Lawrence to deliver it up to Idaho, but it broke down right outside of LeCompton, Kansas. I was told that it will be 2 to 3 hours before someone would arrive. However, the driver was there within an hour. The tow was going up to Olathe, KS. My dispatcher did not advise that the company where the vehicle was going to be towed was gonna be close. I apologized but the gentleman from All City Tow was such a great help to me. He went out his way and dropped me off at the airport after dropping off the unit. Then driving home to switch vehicles and dropping me off. He went above the call of duty and I’m so sorry I cannot remember his name. I truly appreciate you, sir and I thank you for what you’ve done.!!”
