“First of all-I hated the need to be towed in the first place. Having stated this, Simple Tow is as close to this being a good experience as there can be. Sam and his truck showed up within 15 minutes of when I called and the cost of the towing service was very fair. He was friendly and did a great job of protecting my car during the process. Hope no one needs towing, but if you do, call Simple Tow.”

“After being rejected by several shops, I was referred to this shop from someone who recommended due to their knowledge with Ford Taurus SHO's. When I first talked to these guys and their exact words, "I am not afraid of that motor." I knew these guys were the guys I was looking for. The parts for a 1993 SHO are not readily available so these guys took the extra time and effort to help me out and extremely fair in their pricing. They properly diagnosed the issue, provided fair repair cost quotes, and let us know of other potential costs that might be incurred once the original issue was resolved. (Emission systems are highly interdependent!) At the end of the repair, they identified an issue related to some work that the Kia dealership had done for me the prior year that should have been taken care of by Kia's work warranty. But, as Kia chose not to stand behind their work, Done With Care Auto Repair will be getting my business going forward.”

“I was about 90 minutes from home when my tires gave up in the snow and I began sliding at every stop. I began calling local tow companies to take my car to a tire shop and the wait times were 4-6 hours. When I called Overland Tow Service the receptionist said one of the drivers just walked in and could head my way immediately and he arrived to my location shortly after. From start to finish, the driver was amazing- very professional, quick, and friendly! I could not have asked for a better experience. To the staff- thank you so much!!!”

“My mothers truck was stolen from VA by family members and the thieves took a lot of her prize possessions. They took a long joy ride to Kansas City Kansas. When caught 3 days later, the truck was towed to Alendon towing. Coming from VA and a 16 hour ride we had lots of concerns and questions. I called several times to alendons just for peace of mind on our trip there because I’ve heard terrible stories of tow truck companies looking through and taking stuff. We didn’t wanna lose even more. Everyone I spoke to was kind but John specifically stood out with his kindness and reassurance. As you can imagine; this has all been very hard. When we arrived John was so kind and helpful when picking up the truck. Went above and beyond to let us use their trash dumpster to throw away the thieves’s nasty belongings. I really appreciate the efforts from everyone there and if our vehicle was to go anywhere after tow, I’m glad it went there!!Services: Special vehicle towing”
