“Took my daughters PT cruiser in for tire replacement on the front two tires. Paid in advance so she could pick it up later that day. When she got it home we noticed only 4/5 lug nuts were securing tire. there were 5 at drop off and no one mentioned it when she picked up the car. she stopped by the next day after work to ask and was told the stud under the lug it crumbled when they took it off. They gave her the number of a repair shop. I don’t think it’s unreasonable to expect an explanation at time of pick up or even better a call asking how to proceed. I think it’s reasonable to have 5 lug nuts in place when you pick up if they were there when you drop off! EDITED: I received a call from the manager within 3 business days and they are repairing the stud. There was quite a bit of back and forth from the staff and repair shop, but it all got worked out.”
“My low pressure light came on so I stopped by to have them check my tires. A tech came out right away and checked them all and corrected the pressure. Listened for leaks and found none. Just normal air loss. Great team.”

“Ok this is the keystone delivery the docks for delivery delivery are on the backside of the building behind the plant not the side but around the back... When they close there are gate bars blocking entry into the parking lot so you cannot park overnight on the weekends. FYI”

“I made the appointment online, which was super easy. Picked the location nearest me, rather than going back to where I purchased the tires. The lobby and waiting area are clean. I was told it would be about 30-35 minutes wait time. Currently I can see it hasn't made its way to the bay. I'm here for the free rotation and balancing, and I expect I'll get it back without issue. Sure enough that's what happened. I was told the tires did not need balancing, so I guess that's a plus. Took slightly less than 30 minutes. Yay! I'd go back again. I know this location doesn't have the capability for an alignment if one needed that, but I didn't have anything extraordinary come up. Fast and efficient as far as I know.”
