“I can't recall his name but it was a young man who was working the closing shift on Tuesday the 12th of August, name started with a Z but he gave us AMAZING customer service. Super patient and very friendly, he made the experience anxiety free and even enjoyable. The bakery items are ALWAYS delicious, without fail. Just ordered a birthday cake for my 21st and I can't wait to pick it up! Would highly recommend making a visit for events or just a sweet treat. 10/10”
“Moved here for a duty station. This is definitely one of the, if not the best place to get groceries. It blows the Dillions away in Junction City. The produce always looks colorful and bright, has a nice big food court selection. Closest store that reminds me of HEB back in Texas.”

Normally I make my own but was running late today, WOW ? these are AMAZING!Will be buying more to have on hand.The store is clean, the staff is friendly, at first I thought they were closed but they keep cardboard on the front windows to keep it cool inside. The employee in that area yesterday was the sweetest & most helpful person I’ve ever interacted with in that department. They showed clear pride & understanding for the plants & left me running home to figure out how many more plants I can add to my collection. I’m hoping to run into them & add more life to my collection!”

“I have always received above and beyond exceptional care from the Dillon’s Pharmacy and technical staff. They have given me care, compassion, insight, and information. They have contacted me quickly if there’s ever an issue. Even on their tired days when you can tell some of their customers have been a bit rough ….. they are kind to me and always have a smile.(I have dealt with many other pharmacies in my lifetime some here in Manhattan and Junction City and have never received this level of care!!!)
I hope they know they are amazing at what they do and full of compassion and that is what the world needs.
I have been a customer of the West Loop Dillon’s Pharmacy for more years than I can count.
I have also worked in Retail most of my life and can only imagine the negativity they get when people are in high stress situations and yet they manage to assist to the best of their abilities with grace and kindness.

“I went into Dollar General today to buy plush throw blankets to go into gift bags for Veterans that the Greenleaf American Legion is giving out during the holidays this year. I had already been to 4 other Dollar Generals in 3 surrounding counties. I had bought around 4 to 5 blankets at each store however the young man that rang me up at this Dollar General had asked me what I was buying the blankets for. I told him & he was so generous in giving me a discount because it was going to American Veterans. And it just so happens to be Veterans Day today. I thanked him and I hope more people can do just a little more in their daily life to help out our Veterans. God Bless America!”

“The Hy-Vee in Manhattan is our after church go-to. Every Sunday. We usually go to the deli’s to get lunch. The staff is extremely professional and courteous. Super Bowl Sunday I discovered the quesadillas, calzones, wraps, etc. Whomever is responsibility for making the quesadillas deserves a raise. Like yesterday. And the prices keep us coming back.”
