“Was able to get something notarized on a Saturday, however, my appointment was scheduled for 11:30 and the notary wasn’t in until after 12. The notary process itself was smooth but scheduling could’ve been better”

“When in to get some papers notarized and I had to take my two kids with me. It was taking a little long and you know kids tend to get antsy. The lady working that day came in and gave them colors and coloring books to keep them occupied. Everybody was kind and it was a good environment. Definitely recommend this place. Good energy, good people forsure.”

“Great experience. I walked in, dropped my package off, got a receipt, and left within a matter of seconds. The only suggestions I'd provide are to get an actual UPS sign on the building exterior and someday add a self-checkout bin. Staff were great!”

“Overall had a good experience. I had to go for a passport photo and they were able to help! It took a little longer than anticipated but I think there was an issue with the camera that was resolved. The guy helping me made sure my photo met government guidelines for passport photos and was the correct size. I got the exact picture I needed for my new passport and was off. I noticed they do a whole variety of packaging and shipping options. Looks like a great place to bring care packages that are needing to be sent. Since I only used their passport photo services I can't speak to anything else, but if you are in the area and need a new photo I recommend going here!”

“The sweetest man works here! I ran out of packing tape so I planned on purchasing some when I arrived at the store, but he asked me if I had my return label and when I responded that I did he told me to just leave the package on the counter and that he’d tape it up for me. All the while he was very friendly and funny. I will definitely take all future packages here for shipping!”

“I Just want to say how I went to this store for a while now and it hasn’t always been the best service but recently over the last couple weeks the service has gotten a lot better. I don’t know if a women by the name of Lilly is a new hire or not but she was delightful . We talked and she helped me get in and out in a timely and efficient manner which is hard to come by these days. She was very polite and didn’t seem bothered to help when I asked questions. 10/10 service.”

“I love this UPS store. The man with the cowboy hat is always very pleasant and so is the rest of the staff. They're always happy to assist and do whatever they need to do to address the needs and concerns of their customers.This location has plenty of supplies and they offer lots of services such as packing your items for you (if needed), printing, custom print jobs, PO boxes and more.They will accept USPS packages ? as well which makes it even more convenient. As you can see I've had great experiences here and encourage everyone to check them out.”
