The woman I didn't get her name sorry I should have gotten it but she helped me so much she helped me open the doors when I was leaving she helped me carry my packages around she helped me get boxes for him the products that I was selling and then she's did all the work of putting the boxes together and packing the stuff I was selling. I ran out of packing tape so I planned on purchasing some when I arrived at the store, but he asked me if I had my return label and when I responded that I did he told me to just leave the package on the counter and that he’d tape it up for me. “The two young men working this morning at the Corinth UPS store were patient, kind, and well trained. There was a long line but everyone, when it was their turn it was like they were the only one in the store. I think his name was Michael this morning but I’ve had the other employee also.
And because those young men are so kind and patient no one got cranky about having to wait.
There are lots of UPS stores, all those people in line I’m sure could go anywhere, but they waited in line here.”

“Flexibility and professionalism of staff. We showed up early to get passport photos and staff was accommodating. We didn’t have to wait nearly anytime and the photos were done accurately which is why I go to UPS for them.”
“This has one of the best people in the world working at it.
My son left his childhood stuffed animal at a hotel in Overland Park. We live on the other side of the country, and we were unable to go back to get it. The hotel adamantly refused to send it to us, leaving my son in tears for weeks. We offered to pay people, called other nearby hotels, and even put an ad on Craigslist. No one was able to help return it to us.
While calling around, we reached several FedEx and UPS locations that refused to pick it up for us. When we called this location, Ryan Brewer answered and simply said he’d be happy to help. He didn’t push, didn’t make us feel guilty, and even called the hotel to schedule pickup.
My son had been praying every night that his stuffed animal would somehow come back to him. Ryan was kind enough to return it, and my son hasn’t stopped smiling. Ryan is one of the kindest employees I’ve ever met, and I’m incredibly thankful for his willingness to help.”

“I've been to dozens &:dozens of different UPS store locations, and they all have manual open doors, knowing full well and good that customers arrive with their hands full and not able to open the door their self.
But this location, has an automatic door, which is very customer friendly, and sincerely appreciated!”
“I should have asked for the gentleman’s name, but he helped me print a return label I had lost and truly just made my day better!! He was extremely accommodating and had an outstanding attitude. “Sometimes the store is very busy and I know, people have to wait and some people like to complain about wait times but it's the nature of the business. All of the staff are absolutely friendly. When it is your turn, they take very good care of you. Very quickly and get you on your way always with a smile on their face and a good attitude. I know a lot of people who come to this store are returning things for Amazon...... i know very many of them get impatient. I can hear it and see how they stand body language tells a lot about them. I 41, don't mind waiting. I've had some nice conversations with people. In line. I will absolutely recommend this store five out of five”
