“We've been living here for almost a year and I can say that I've enjoyed Jefferson on the Lake very much. The ladies in the office are always so nice and professional, they've answered dozens of my inquiries knowledgeably and without hesitation. There are a lot of dumpsters, and they are all emptied on time, every time, which is commendable. There is a lovely lake where you may enjoy fishing or just unwind and watch the sunset. It's also conveniently close to big shopping areas and restaurants. I love my apartment, and the area!”

“I have had a great experience being a tenant at Lenox West. The move in process was seamless and everyone in the office has been extremely helpful. Renee and Kendall especially have answered any questions I’ve had since moving in. I had a small issue in my apartment and they came out same day to ensure everything was taken care of. I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a place to live.”

Their customer service was great, and i am hard yo impress. I will 100% be back in the future once I sell my house.”

“Honeslty these were decent apartments. They were too expensive for what they were, especially the price they wanted to raise our rent to when the lease was up. Nothing fancy but the neighbors are nice enough and the location was good. The best thing about this place is they actually give you your deposit back when you move out which never happens anymore with these big rental companies. Parking is pretty bad for certain buildings and it seemed like someone was always leaf blowing outside which was annoying. Overall though I liked living here.”
“Christina is amazing!!!!! Any problem I have she always stays in contact and reaches back out to me when needed. Her attitude is always positive. ever since she's been with management things are starting to change around here and I'm all here for it(: we host block parties as well. Just a really friendly community. Also, everybody in staff wise is amazing up there as well. I've been here for about three years now and within this last year and a half Christina has made things happen!”
“I love living at Georgetown Apartments. I have lived here several years. The apartments are beautiful and UNIQUE unlike the other cookie cutter complexes.
They have like 100 different floorplans - not exaggerating. You truly feel like your apartment is your own. The grounds are lovely with beautiful, mature trees and they always keep up with the grounds. Maintenance always responds in a timely manner and the office staff are always friendly and helpful. They organize community events like pool parties, karaoke nights, movie nights, etc. My experience with residents has always been friendly. Georgetown has the look and vibe of a little village! It IS old but it has charm and good bones.”

“I lived in this complex for nearly two years and have nothing but good things to say. Anytime there was a maintenance request, the workers were super fast and efficient. Always addressed within two business days (but usually one). I couldn't think of anything that would have made my experience here better. I wish I did not have to move out of these to be closer to work, or else we probably would have made this our long term living space.”

**Update** I experienced theft! My catalytic converter was stolen. No cameras in the apartment complex. They also attempted to steal my husbands truck.”
“Coming up to 4 years of staying here, and they have improved a lot since then. Maintenance are quick and friendly, or not so quick if the matter is less urgent which is understandable but nonetheless, they take care of it. In the beginning there was a roach problem, but after some time cleanliness and care, I rarely see them now.
-1 a star only because sometimes parking is terrible. If I get home too late from work or anything, I'd have to park 2-3 buildings over. Other than that, I enjoy my stay here.”

“I have lived in the community for 6 years and there have been many office staff in this time. I am happy to talk to Heather, I am also happy to talk to Cheyenne. The community feels like home and they made me feel like they care. It has been hard after my divorce to get ahead and they both offered me resources so that I can get back on track and last week the maintenance guys stopped to help me when they seen I was cleaning around my home. I am very happy now. My neighbor has always had a messy yard and they are cleaning the construction stuff that had been there for years. This place is getting better and better. If you want to feel somewhere that you feel like a community this is the place to be. One of the most affordable ways of living. In Johnson County.”
