I got my coffee and went to pay…was told you have a nice day! This just one example of how welcome they make you feel, what continues to make this the place I get my gas, coffee (and sometime fattening snack)”

“I like this as quick and easy I come in there to warm my food up from lunch and the microwave that they have available for us to use. The people are friendly and very helpful in any need that you may have the bathrooms are clean and you can get quick and go quickly if you’re in a hurry or you can stop and get you some delicious coffee.”

“We got gas here, then found out if you don't go back inside they don't automatically refund your over payment. It didn't happen here but it did happen in Muskogee OK. We didn't go back inside there. We got the phone number of the OK store and I was a little hot, there is no signage. But the manager pulled us back in and refunded the money. We are in KS so they didn't have to do that. QuikTrip corporate needs to know this store goes above and beyond. Thank you!”

“QuikTrip needs someone to do a study. That place is completely underrated part of my day and our society. The employees are always all over it. Even at 6 AM, the enthusiasm from their people is off the charts. They have a thousand micro-interactions a day and they still smile every time. They clean the place like they personally own it. I know they are getting paid, but other employers don't get that level of investment from their people. Are they paying them on a commission for surfaces cleaned? How do I get that level of give-a-damn in my classroom? I'd honestly read a book about it.”

“I just went here for the first time the other night. A few friends live in the area and I didn't realize how nice this place was or the size until getting in the parking lot. Super clean and well stocked! I didn't get a chance to check out the bathrooms but I like the fact it's easy to get in and out of the parking lot and the area where you pump gas.”

“Ok, I know QT all over the city as a landscape business owner, probably in QTs twice a day 5 days a week and on weekends. And there’s a wide range of quality carbonated soft drink quality across the board. This location and pleasant hill gave the best soft drinks. And I talked to the gal who knows why: she cleans thoroughly daily and deep clean of the video machine once a week. That’s why this store gets a 5 star rating. if you care about Mtn dew like I dew, go here. ( see what I did there?)”

“Went early on a Saturday morning, got the full treatment for our Yukon XL. We were in and out in less than 20 minutes with a clean and fresh smelling vehicle! All employees were friendly and professional as well!”
“I have had a membership for several years now. After reading reviews, I felt the need to chime in a little. This is a step up from your typical car wash. Typical car wash, if pull through is $6-$15 depending which service you get. It does the job, but not well, and nothing done on the inside. Then you hand dry it if you care to. Now you have Waterway. You pay double if that, and you get your car hand dried. Pay a little more and get the inside cleaned up. For a circle membership $70ish a month, is where your value is. This is unlimited washes. If you are passing through, I believe its $32. It's going to be better than a car wash. If anything is a real issue, ask them to correct it and they will on the spot. They don't hover to get their tip. They are there asking if everything looks alright, and to fix anything that doesn't. It seems many here are expecting a $200 car detail for $32 and your simply not going to get that, nor should you. Would we like to? Of course, but that's not what your paying for. Everyone is always friendly, and my car is always a lot better than when it comes in. I also come in many times per month. Never having an issue once with staff. These are young kids that are working harder than most adults do, and sometimes in terrible weather such as today. (-5 degrees out.) It you do need your car cleaned in this weather, let them know they can crank the Heater/seats, whatever they need to do, to make your car look better than you could do. Or go buy $50-$100 worth of cleaning supplies and tempt fate in the -5 out, and let me know if it was worth it.”

“Gas is lower priced than everyone else the last two weeks I’ve gone. I paid to get the brush $8.00 car wash - I didn’t see any soap used during the automatic car wash but perhaps it was invisible because my vehicle still came out how I would expect for $8.00 (for the most part, clean and good). The customer service I’ve had here has been fantastic and when I go inside this location, it smells nice. These are all details of my own experiences from March through April 2022. I recommend this place for gas for sure!”

“Grest all in one place to get fuel, drinks, snacks like sub sandwiches, fresh fruit, chips, donuts, etc. They've got pizza by the slice, BBQ pulled pork sadnwiches, Mac n cheese, breakfast sandwiches and wraps, you name it they've probably got it. Clean restrooms, good coffee, slushies, and a wide variety of fountain drinks. QT is my go to place during the morning amd day for refreshments amd eats.”

“Perfectly situated to go into Badlands National park and perfect if you don’t want to pull into Nomad view at night. Great view of sunrise and dinosaur.Stopped here after a Big rain storm. Visited Wall then parked near the Dinosaur. some level area. 7-8 others travelers stopped also overnite. Gas station clerk said no parking except trucks. But no signs stating that fact. So be aware. Road traffic not to bad. Good spot in a pinch”

“I highly recommend this location for any auto repair and maintenance needs, I have also been able to get personal propane tanks refilled at this location. Frankly with two gas stations less than a quarter mile away from this location, I will still continue to utilize this location's services as the kindness, care, and trustworthiness are profound/ noteworthy. This location's brand is far more focused on customer loyalty and satisfaction than it is in monetizing for a quick buck, definitely a characteristic that ought to ensure it sticks around for much time hereafter despite other gas station's trying to steal it's local market share and reach.”
“I was actually pleasantly surprised today (Saturday afternoon) after a quick trip to Costco, I decided to get gas... And the line was extremely short I had two vehicles in front of me. Usually there are so many cars it's not worth stopping. Today all the lines were still filled but only two to three deep. Gas prices were at $3.60 per gln everywhere else, because I was able to get in I saved at least $0.10 a gallon which definitely makes a difference when gas prices are so high! My only complaint about this gas station is the path to get in is so ridiculous and hard to figure out. Other than that definitely a good experience .”
“I believe I have the name of the employee right, I wanted to thank David. A couple weeks ago my car had barely any gas left in it (yes I know poor planning on my part, but typical when you live paycheck to paycheck as I am sure many can empathize!) and when I went to pay at the pump my card wouldn’t work. It wouldn’t work inside, either. I had to call my bank and due to a huge misunderstanding on their part they had shut my card down for a replacement and I had no access to any of my money. I had a friend/coworker stop by to help me out but David was incredibly kind to me when he realized I was still at the gas station and offered me coffee and even a couple bucks more for gas if I needed it. Honestly I was blown away by the kindness. I have not forgotten your generosity! We all need to take a little care of each other in these trying times. I’m sure you’ll all see more of me, or at least more of my car lol.”

“Cheap gas $3.30 today 08/27/22 Saturday, while in KCMO it's $3.49. Hoses long enough to get either side of car. Line moves 2 cars at a time so long line doesn't stay that way for long. Edit 09/02/25, 3yrs later and $2.79 is considered an affordable price.”
