Great experience. Changed truck sizes last minute with no issue. Excellent help on the phone to set things up. Highly recommend. This was our third move in less than three years with U-Haul and we are very pleased. Will use again every time!

Rented three times in the last year and always have had excellent customer service. This morning the gal in the front was working alone and had a line and handled it flawlessly and professionally. It was a smooth transaction.
