“Half the women's bathrooms were closed, I guess for cleaning, so there was a backlog of women waiting for the one usable bathroom. ? This is becoming out potty stop on the route from Ark City to Pittsburgh.”

“Even when it's super busy this is a very clean store that seems to get better every time I visit. A trucker friendly stop!!! The staff goes out of their way to make your experience at 16th Street Pete's a positive one. In general a great place to buy a lot or a little. There is seating I'm going to make in the microwave so you can take a seat and read the paper and grab a quick bite while playing the lotto at the same time if you choose to. A+++”

“My car overheated on a high temp day. Pulled into the parking lot and my car wouldn't restart for awhile. The ladies behind the counter checked if they could help us several times, let me use their sink to fill a carton with water, and came out and gave us ice water several times while we were waiting, asked us if we wanted to sit inside, even gave us snacks. One lady obviously had clocked out of work and stopped to check on us even before we left. We didn't buy a thing, but they were kind and worried about my kids. Good people work here.”

“I said once Pete's in Miami #43 was the best I had seen,always clean ,always greeted it's patrons with welcome to Pete's . Well it has changed for the worse. Employees talking about their customer after they think they are gone in a rude and demeaning way I encountered this by a female employee tonight with no justification by employee, happened to be me she was making fun of. I guess she didn't know I had came bk in. This on top of filthy bathroom, in fact the first visit to 53 in about 8 to 9. Months I couldn't believe it, the whole store was gross,
Three days in a row I visited the store and women's restroom had no toilet paper, no soap in dispensary , several mother's and daughters were coming and going in which all had no soap to wash their hands , it was sad and employees didn't even acknowledge me when I said , fyi no soap and no toilet paper in the women's I was practically ignored, To me the store has taken a huge dive, MGMT should be aware that' their mgrs., Are failing terribly at keeping the standards that was once taken seriously
not impressed with any employee there and brings to mind the new Pete's on main in Miami, nice clan except the bathrooms, have never seen women's clean. And there is a young female works a lot at night late that is anything but friendly her dazed eyes staring at me with a look of disgust was so unprofessional , I visited several times in a weeks time to always having to see this face gawking silently at me , just bk to 43, when I first was there after not being in Miami for 8 months to a year , I was shocked at the overall look of the place, trash cans were overflowing on to ground -all of them to the counters and microwave being filthy,the windows ,everything was just dirty and again women's restroom installed although the cleaning cart always is sitting on the floor next to bathroom, maybe it ought to be used instead of standing there talking aboworks ut your customers with a nasty unprofessional mean way to your fellow employee which the big fat man that now works there I have never seen lift one finger out front behind the cash registers. Quik Trips are a great place to compare you with , I have been in about 15 different stores in the Tulsa area and all but one I would give 5 stars to them, always greeted even when emp is swamped at lunch or whenever you will hear them say hi and you know they know your there and they are glad you are . Pete's I am sorry to say will never have anything il on QuikTrip, well oiled well MHD stores across the board. Hey you really should”

“Been in a few times. Always seem to have what I'm looking for when I'm needing it. Almost always forget something when I visit so its nice to have another option other than Wal-Mart.”
