The store manager, Shirley, was so patient and helpful. When I picked up the finished product I was so pleased that I had to restrain my tears. Many people would not have cared or really tried to understand what I wanted. That young lady did and I thank her and applaud your company for having her on your team!”

The woman I didn't get her name sorry I should have gotten it but she helped me so much she helped me open the doors when I was leaving she helped me carry my packages around she helped me get boxes for him the products that I was selling and then she's did all the work of putting the boxes together and packing the stuff I was selling. Excellent excellent excellent customer service if you can identify the lady that was working at that time this shift please give her a raise!”

What I appreciate most is how dependable and efficient they are. Even when they’re busy, the staff takes the time to make sure everything is done correctly and that you have what you need before you leave. They’re knowledgeable, welcoming, and always willing to help with questions.

“This has one of the best people in the world working at it.
My son left his childhood stuffed animal at a hotel in Overland Park. We live on the other side of the country, and we were unable to go back to get it. The hotel adamantly refused to send it to us, leaving my son in tears for weeks. We offered to pay people, called other nearby hotels, and even put an ad on Craigslist. No one was able to help return it to us.
While calling around, we reached several FedEx and UPS locations that refused to pick it up for us. When we called this location, Ryan Brewer answered and simply said he’d be happy to help. He didn’t push, didn’t make us feel guilty, and even called the hotel to schedule pickup.
My son had been praying every night that his stuffed animal would somehow come back to him. Ryan was kind enough to return it, and my son hasn’t stopped smiling. Ryan is one of the kindest employees I’ve ever met, and I’m incredibly thankful for his willingness to help.”

“The two young men working this morning at the Corinth UPS store were patient, kind, and well trained. There was a long line but everyone, when it was their turn it was like they were the only one in the store. I think his name was Michael this morning but I’ve had the other employee also.
And because those young men are so kind and patient no one got cranky about having to wait.
There are lots of UPS stores, all those people in line I’m sure could go anywhere, but they waited in line here.”
