I was hoping a package would arrive before the tracking, and the staff suggested I come the next morning. Daniel checked, the package was in the building, he retrieved it, and I left town two hours later with the package in hand. Thanks!”
“I just had the best experience at this location! I had a return that I needed a box and label for. Paul made it quick and easy. When I got home and realized that I put something in the box that I didn’t not intended to return it was just as seamless getting it back!”

“Thank goodness for JB working today, I came in for my passport, he was able to assist me without an appointment because no locations around me have had availability that worked with my schedule as a working mom with a traveling job. I had a lot of hold up with getting newly married and all the government shut downs with my documents, that his kindness and flexibility was such a relief.

“Bill and all of the staff were amazing with helping me to weigh all of my wedding invitations to get the correct stamps and even hand cancelled each letter for me! They were friendly the entire time and made me feel comfortable with putting the invites through the mail!”
“The sweetest man works here! I ran out of packing tape so I planned on purchasing some when I arrived at the store, but he asked me if I had my return label and when I responded that I did he told me to just leave the package on the counter and that he’d tape it up for me. All the while he was very friendly and funny. I will definitely take all future packages here for shipping!”

“I love the fact that banking needs are met on a personal level. It reminds me of banking as a child where everyone was friendly and had time to chat about the weather and/or exchange a family story. I've never ran into a disgruntled customer either. There are a few things I can't readily do but I don't minding, I'd rather bank here than elsewhere.”

“I had an issue with my mail and didn’t want to take off work to visit the union station post office. I was greeted promptly and my issues wasn’t resolved but at least I know there is a staffing issue and this is why my mail isn’t being delivered daily. In all honesty is fine. In the future, let people know mail will be delivered once or twice a week due to staffing shortages, especially during tax season.”

“I had a wonderful experience with Rebecca at the Indian Creek Post Office on 107th Street in Overland Park, Kansas. I came in to mail some packages and honestly had no idea what I was doing when it came to getting everything taped up and ready to ship. Rebecca was incredibly patient, kind, and helpful throughout the entire process.
While we were chatting, I mentioned that one of the packages contained glasses for my daughter. Rebecca went above and beyond by sharing a list of companies where she had purchased some really nice designer-style glasses. I thought that was such a thoughtful and helpful gesture.
Rebecca was friendly, knowledgeable, efficient, and clearly takes pride in her work. She made what could have been a stressful experience quick and easy. Excellent customer service like hers deserves recognition. Thank you, Rebecca, for your outstanding help!”

“You know they might be slow in here but it is not because the worker are slow, it is because they are thorough. I stood in line longer than I wanted but I watched this lovely mailwoman chase down a man who made a mistake on a package he was just dropping off, and then very patiently help an elderly woman who was confused about most of what she was doing. I hope she is blessed in this life for her kindness and care!”

“Julius, let me tell you about Julius. Dude is not only the most helpful post office manager/employee I’ve had the “pleasure” of dealing with… normally, for me to get anything done at a post office at my previous address, it’s similar to waiting in a DMV line to get your license renewed only to find out your having all your teeth pulled by a dentist instead.
Julius was not only helpful to more than expected and well above my usual “helpful” service received. That man is sincere and you can tell he’s generally happy that he gets to help and thats very pleasant to be real. Itll make a sore attitude turn into a smile least and that was worth more to me than the great helpful service received! I needed a mood change so thanks for the excellent service my man and keep being upbeat and happy it rubs off on people :)”
