“I am so appreciative of the amazing people that I have had the privilege of meeting recently at Aaron’s. I have major back issues, and recently leased a chair I thought would really help. It’s been a few months and I just couldn’t handle it anymore. So this time I went to the store. I’m horrible with names but the lady that helped me through it all was amazing! I was treated like I mattered. When I made a decision on what to replace the chair with, she made everything so simple and non stressful!! I’ve had the same delivery person both times and he happened to be there that day as well. I myself work in customer service and they treated me like I treat my customers. The whole return/exchange process was so easy. I am more than appreciative to the staff I have encountered. Thank you for treating me like a valued customer when I wasn’t completely happy! The replacement furniture so far is everything and more than I hoped it would be for my back. Wonderful customer service!”
