Some may consider that overreaching, for me, the energy behind her question came from a place of, "Hey, in case you don't know..." which is great for someone like me. I wasn't paying attention, I trust my kid.. and at the same time, I appreciated being informed.This woman was friendly, kind, and caring. I appreciated interacting with her.”

“I have always enjoyed this Target location, as it is not as crowded like other metro locations. We went on a Friday night around 8 and my jaw was on the floor: ULTA: 9/10 If you have read my previous reviews, I have lamented on the poor customer service and treatment of Black/brown customers. However, seeing an Ulta in the middle of this Target store is promising because you can pick up what you need minus the crowds, adolescent girls, and rude and inattentive employees. This is a W in my book. I will definitely drive to this location to get a mini-Ulta experience without the hassle!Swanky: 9/10 This Target was recently remodeled and the skin care aisle had a more boutique feel to it. It was clean and aesthetically pleasing. Their end cap displays were also enticing and they had more Black-owned products on display. It was hard not to stick to my shopping list. Location: 8/10 This Target is nestled in a strip mall that is receiving a much needed store selection. Aside from Kohls, there is a Rack Room Shoes, Five Below, and Bath and Body Works. I am thrilled this location upped their shopping game. Selection/Pricing: 8/10 Honestly, everything is expensive nowadays. It depends on what you are shopping for, but I do feel Target can be more pricier than other stores. It is worth it to avoid employees harassing you in the self checks. Overall: 9.5/10 This Target isn't close to me by any means but it is almost worth it to drive here to get what I need. Their selection was top-notch and a huge bonus for the Ulta being in store!”
“I am so appreciative of the amazing people that I have had the privilege of meeting recently at Aaron’s. I have major back issues, and recently leased a chair I thought would really help. It’s been a few months and I just couldn’t handle it anymore. So this time I went to the store. I’m horrible with names but the lady that helped me through it all was amazing! I was treated like I mattered. When I made a decision on what to replace the chair with, she made everything so simple and non stressful!! I’ve had the same delivery person both times and he happened to be there that day as well. I myself work in customer service and they treated me like I treat my customers. The whole return/exchange process was so easy. I am more than appreciative to the staff I have encountered. Thank you for treating me like a valued customer when I wasn’t completely happy! The replacement furniture so far is everything and more than I hoped it would be for my back. Wonderful customer service!”
