The repairman had it hooked up in less time than it took me to climb up & down the ladder! I am very grateful to Alexander and Ray's TV.”
“I was referred to Ryan by a friend to help me fix an issue I was having setting up my Trinnov Waveforming with my 6 x 24 inch subwoofers. In a matter of minutes, on a SUNDAY, Ryan was texting with me on the issue and trying to diagnose the problem. After some back and forth, he was able to diagnose my problem in a few days. I can't recommend him enough! Amazing guy!”
“What wonderful service! I came here three different times (by choice) to transfer from my horrible other phone company to T-Mobile because all my friends talked about how great the service was. Day 1 I worked with Braidan who was very patient because I was trying to add the line for a family member who lives out of state. He explained all the steps I needed to follow and made me feel as if I was the only customer in the store. Once that was taken care of, I returned to the store a few days later and met with Bicardi. I was on a time crunch to attend a service and he was able to quickly complete the next step of switching the phone lines . My family and I decided to go back by choice in person and we met with Lauren who took our trade in phones and made sure that the other phone company had finally released me from their service.
The store is clean, check-in is easy, and these employees are courteous to customers. My other phone carrier could have cared less about me. Tmobile should see why this store has excellent customer service! If I ever have to go in person for customer support, I will definitely pick this store. Thank you.”

“Upgraded my phone yesterday, got the new LG Stylo 5. I wish Cricket would give long-standing customers a little better discount when upgrading to new phones, but I am still very happy. This Cricket authorized dealer has always given me best customer service. She helped me set up my new phone, and I went back today and had my old phone unlocked so that I can give that to my granddaughter and she was very helpful with that as well. Why anyone would go to any other service but Cricket is beyond me.”

“I can see why this location gets its high ratings. They offered welcoming, friendly, helpful, thankful service, a competitive Phillips 66 gas price and a good selection of on-the-go foods and drinks at reasonable prices, with some great sale prices including two slices of pizza for $2.79. Food options included a roller grill, pizza by the slice, wings, burgers, nachos, a pastry case, take and bake pizzas, sandwiches, etc. I noticed air, propane and firewood available for a charge outside. Overall, very nice.”

“Stopped to top off the tank. Walked in just as she pulled a hot Philly cheese steak pizza out of the oven. 2 big slices and a 20 coke for $5. Sold! Canceled my taco bell plans to buy one small value menu burrito and a coke for bout the same price. These guys took good care of me.”

“I have had so many troubles with my phone over the years, from little viruses to it running terribly slow. I’ve gone into the store several times for help, and more often than not I was told I could fix it myself if I just followed some instructions.
Today, however, was very different. The new manager was absolutely wonderful. He took the time to truly help me, cleaned up my phone so there are no more annoying pop ups, and he did it all with a smile. He never once complained or made me feel like I was a bother, which sadly I have felt before.
He also went over my plan with me and showed such patience, kindness, and compassion. He is truly a lovely addition to the store. Thank you so much, Mark, for all of your help. I will certainly be returning, and I cannot recommend the Santa Fe location highly enough.”

“The crazy thing is 7/11 here compared to the ones I visited in Japan are absolutely terrible. However I am still giving a good review out of the goodness of my heart. I had a man named Tony approach me in the bathroom and ask if I wanted to go to the underground roach fight. He litterally meant illegal cockroach fighting. I called peta but they said bug lives don’t matter and to make some money.”
