They helped me with the pricing and selection that best fit her car. My car had to be looked at for a challenging repair on the suspension. I never even thought about taking it to the dealership. Jordan and Chadd identified the problem and were relentless about getting it fixed and fixed right. Many other shops would have given up but they got it done and fixed at a very fair price. From greeting you at the door, to communication, service and price, I would highly recommend using them for all your auto tire and repair needs.”

“Made my appointment online and had it confirmed the next business day, which was also the appointment day. Ordered everything online when I made the appointment. They got me in on time and got everything done in the timeframe described. Tires and service was all as described with no issues. The people were very polite, knowledgeable, and efficient. Zero stress on my part, which is a huge plus for me. I also witnessed multiple elderly people pull up in cars with different very minor issues and the staff were genuinely caring and helpful to them in the middle of the late afternoon rush. It definitely left an impression on me and I will be back.”
“Very impressed with this Discount Tire location! I got new tires and an alignment on my Tesla and it’s driving great! They were very nice and knowledgeable speaking with me, but I was actually most impressed with their customer service I noticed as I was waiting. They had two separate customers that I would’ve had trouble dealing with if I was in their shoes but the employees were so polite to these people and handled both situations with such professionalism making sure the client left happy, which they did!”

“I had taken my car several places because it periodically wouldn't start. They told me there was nothing they could do unless the problem was happening right then. Here they said if I was willing to leave it they would keep my car until it wouldn't start so they could figure out the problem. I was thrilled they would do this. I took it in and they called me a couple hours later and had already figured out the problem. Everyone I spoke with was very kind and I now have a reliable car again!”
“I had to have some repair done on my 2015 Ultra Classic low a couple of weeks ago. My regular shop doesn't work on Harleys so I had to go to a dealer or find a new shop. I called this shop, got my bike scheduled and took it in on a Friday morning. They diagnosed the issue and had it repaired later that day. I also had the bike winterized. The bike runs great now. Their work was good and the prices were reasonable. I will return next time I need work done.”
“First, I went to Walmart Auto Service to get new tires, and to have them mounted, and balanced. Walmart then stripped 2 of my lugnuts on one of my tires!!! They had to cancel the job AND THEN DENIED STRIPING THEM. So then, I called around to a few other tire places and no one would touch my car because of the stripped lugnuts and telling me that i would have to go to a mechanic and have them cut off. My husband said to try Chihuahua Tires. I bring my car to Chihuahua Tires Service and explained what had happened to me. They did not even hesitate and told me to bring my car to their garage. They where able to pull off the stripped lugnuts and replace them and replaced my tires with no questions asked. AND IN A TIMELY MANNER (Walmart had me waiting for almost an hour.. for nothing..). Chihuahua tires where also so polite and respectful (Walmart was not). THANK YOU CHIHUAHUA TIRES!!! You guys are the real MVP! I will be definitely coming back for future tire maintenance. I will also be sure to recommend you guys to my family and friends too. Thank you guys a million times!”
“Sam’s Club Tire and Battery has done a good job of taking care of my tire needs. They sell good tires and they install them properly. They fix flats well and quickly. They have always been personable and easy to do business with.
They have a lot of business queued up so you need to be patient and make a reservation about a week in advance.
The service takes about an hour so you can do your shopping at Sam’s while they work on your vehicle.”
“I went there today for the first time to get my tires and wheels installed. Everyone was very friendly awesome customer service and met the owner Joe who was very knowledgeable with tires and wheels I highly recommend this place for great service reasonable price in comparison to the big name tire shops around me and friendly atmosphere. 5 Stars

“The Supervisor Billy is such an amazing guy. They make you feel so welcome and try to give you the best deal possible on any of the needed services. When I first became their customer it was winter to spring weather and that morning was cold. You'd never expected to walk into any mechanic/car service shop and have a nice warm smelling environment. Every so often they would put a candle out in their lobby. Everyone was so friendly and informative and efficient. I would always recommend this location everytime no matter how far I am.”

“Need to share an example of honesty! Shout out to Palmer, a mechanic at Firestone Overland Park at 135th St. Story: I had a flat, removed the tire and first took it to Tires Plus for repair, but after checking it, they said it could not be repaired, and I needed to buy a new one. In addition, told me that due to issues that it can cause to the power train all 4 tires need to be replaced at same time (Note: tires only have 10,000 miles on them). So, started quoting and Firestone at Overland Park offered me the best price. Once there, service started and after a while, Palmer comes out and tells me that the tire is fully repairable and there is no need to buy the new tires. Palmer could have easily just replaced with the new tires, but thanks to his and Firestone OP honesty and customer care, it saved me a bunch. I will always be a customer!”

“This location of Tires Plus is above and beyond other locations in the area. They genuinely care about their customers and it shows. My husband arrived at 5:30 on Saturday (shop closes at 6), and they still agreed to take care of our car… The Metcalf location wouldn’t see my husband at 5:15 because the manager was “already sending his guys home.” We had one shredded tire and weren’t aware, driving an AWV, they couldn’t just replace the one bad tire. They talked to my husband with respect and in a way that he could understand why he needed more than just one tire… the Metcalf location didn’t do this; they talked down to my husband, and treated him like an idiot for simply not knowing. Anyway, this location of Tires Plus got our tires taken care of and sent my husband on his way so he was safely able to return home. THANK you for your compassion and hard work. We are so thankful for this location!”
