Big O Tires in Olathe, KS is a clean, organized, and friendly auto service shop. Customers highly recommend this location, describing the staff as professional, very helpful, and welcoming, making people feel at ease. The manager runs the shop well and provides top-notch service from people who really care. They offer honest, worry-free service and straight talk on tires, oil changes, brakes, suspension, A/C, wipers, batteries, and lights. They stand out for going above and beyond, such as honoring warranties on items not originally purchased there without charging labor and completing work for less than the quoted price. Appointments are available early, late, and on weekends, with free alignment checks. While most feedback is extremely positive, one minor note mentioned the air freshener in the men's bathroom was overpowering. Overall, customers report great experiences, earning the business for a lifetime and making them the team you trust for honest and worry-free auto service.
Had a nail in my tire. Suggested tire repair over replacing, so they didn't try to upset anything. Ultimately the nail was in the sidewall, so they replaced it. Good communication about the status of vehicle and pleasant facility.
