“I had taken my car several places because it periodically wouldn't start. They told me there was nothing they could do unless the problem was happening right then. Here they said if I was willing to leave it they would keep my car until it wouldn't start so they could figure out the problem. I was thrilled they would do this. I took it in and they called me a couple hours later and had already figured out the problem. Everyone I spoke with was very kind and I now have a reliable car again!”

“I brought my car in for a diagnostic. My vehicle was intermittently losing power and leaving me stranded. I brought it into Celso's Honest auto repair and knew immediately I was in good hands. The gentlemen checked me and in and let me know they'd keep me updated. I received a call a few hours later saying they needed more time to diagnose. They kept my car overnight and called me the next afternoon with my diagnostic. They took the time yo explain the issue and the repairs needed. They made me feel like I was family. They took care of my diagnostic fee, knowing that my car was shot. It was the kindest gesture to a struggling single mom. I will ABSOLUTELY be back for any and all car repairs in the future. They have a customer for life.”

“I took my car to a reputable shop for a tire swap and wheel balance. It was a friend's shop and I had no reason to believe I'd get a shortcut job as I insisted on paying after they offered it at no charge.Instantly noticeable was a physical steering wheel wobble at 55-70mph. I stopped back in and they said I needed an alignment. Trusting, I said ok and scheduled. This is where things get spicy...I took it back for that appointment where they were going to do an alignment to get rid of the vibration. I asked that they please also check the wheel balance and two things were said when I picked up that raised red flags. - Wheel balance is spot on, wheels are true as well, no bends.- we didn't need to do an alignment, in fact we didn't even need to take the wheels off.If you didn't take the wheels off how on Earth did they check the balance?In comes my friends at KC Trends.I kindly referenced my prior ship experience and noted that their primary objective is to try and find faults in what they did. They were fine with the challenge, here's the outcome:- those wheels were way out of balance- enjoy vibration free driving, call us if any issuesSILKY SMOOTH RIDE. NO ISSUES A+++ KCTRENDS.”
“Billy Daniels has been taking care of my cars for several years. He is always honest, friendly and does the best he can for his customers. On this occasion I took my son’s car in for regular maintenance, found out the tires needed to be replaced ASAP. There was no delay in the time of getting it fixed. Billy got us a good set of tires and I was still able to pick up my son’s car when expected with all maintenance work completed and new tires installed. I walked out of there feeling confident that my son is safe on the road. If costumer service is important to you, take your car to Billy at Big O in South Olathe, you will not be disappointed.”
“I had a tire that had a slow leak, and I discovered a nail in the tread of the tire. It was not in the sidewall so I knew there was a good chance the tire could be fixed. Concerned about it going flat on me, I wanted to get it fixed right away. I initially tried a tire repair business across the street but the best they could do is have it fixed by the end of the day if I dropped it off and came back after it. Having no means to get around if I did so, I chose to try this Firestone store on Blackbob. They worked me in and in fact, had my tire fixed and I was out of the store within about 30 minutes of when I first went in. I really appreciated their willingness to get me fixed up and back on the road. Kudos to the men at Firestone on Blackbob in Olathe!!”
“Arrived at 8am for a walk-in rotation/balance/alignment. Drove away at 8:30am. Vibration was completely gone and my 2010 Mazda3 with 213k miles drove like it was brand new. Both the guys that moved my car had no problem with it being a manual.The guys at this store always do a great job and are a pleasure to interact with.”

“I recently visited the Sam's Club location and was impressed with both the gas station and store. The gas station had a layout that was more similar to a traditional gas station, which allowed me to go to any side of my car on any pump without any issues. I appreciated this layout as it made refueling my car a hassle-free experience.Moving on to the store, it was very clean and well-maintained. The aisles were well-organized, and the products were easy to find. The selection of products was also impressive, and I was able to find everything I needed without any trouble. I particularly liked the variety of food items available, which included both fresh produce and pre-packaged snacks.One of the best parts of my shopping experience was the Scan and Go feature. It was easy to use, and I was able to check out quickly without having to wait in a long line. This made the shopping experience much more efficient and stress-free.Overall, I had a great experience at Sam's Club and would definitely recommend this location to others. “The night before we blew a tire and had a stresful evening finding help from other tire shops. We arrived at Firestone right when they opened, they had our tire size but could only get us in til 1. Burt told us if anything cancels he will squeeze us in. We walked for breakfast across the way, and as soon as we left Burt calls to tell us our car is ready, he had a couple cancellations and put us in immediately. He also claimed that he knew the manager at the store that refused to help the night before and said he would reach out to them. It's so wonderful to see someone go above and beyond after we felt so defeated. THANK YOU FOR YOUR AMAZING WORK, BURT. You made our morning and we were able to get home to Springfield, MO with ease.”
