“Went here for four years and loved it. They have great kids programming, and a great competitive team program as well. The coaches are wonderful and truly care about the gymnasts. They also offer cheer and dance programs - I am less familiar with those but hear good things.”

I was looking for a location where I could host the entirety of my wedding event from the ceremony to cocktail hour to reception without the hassle of moving people place to place...also a location with a certain uniqueness and charm that you can't quite find everywhere. 8th and Main was the perfect location for this. You can tell that some locations around KC and their staff are just trying too hard. 8th and Main and Courtney are not like this at all. The event space and staff are extremely welcome and communicative and it was the perfect location to host my wedding. I had a great time planning my wedding with the staff here. I was never stressed and always felt like I was in great hands. The prices are fair and my event went off without a hitch. “The museum is beautiful inside and out. I'd recommend this stop for kids approximately 6 years old and younger. While both my 4 year old and 8 year old were engaged in the exhibits, it was lacking for my oldest. He expressed multiple times that it was small and there wasn't much there. Although my youngest definitely enjoyed the interactive exhibits. All that said, I do believe it is well worth the $5 admission.”
