“Just wow! Today I had a box of live fish arrive at the post office, and someone there made a special trip to our house bc they noticed the live fish label. I had been watching tracking planning to pick it up if it made it to the post office today, but she beat me to it and had it here within an hour.
They are always nice when I need to go into the post office, and our regular mailman is friendly and lets my children "deliver" our mail if they're in the front yard.”
“Excellent service the deliveries are always delivered on time. The lady is nice to us and answer any questions we have. This is our second time sending a box and they haven handle it with care. Honestly, we will keeping using their services.”
“Such a wonderful experience renting box trucks and cargo vans from this site. The U Haul app makes renting and returning super smooth and simple. Nothing to it. An extra perk is actually the crew behind the counter. I’ve come back because of my initial experience but most recently, Ali assisted me in picking up my truck and now, returning. “I didn’t catch the names of the two gentlemen working on Friday, 5/15, at the end of the day, but they both went above and beyond helping me get overnight mail envelopes ready to be sent out same-day and made me feel like the only customer in the store, even when they were slammed with a large number of end-of-day customers. Wanted them to know they are very appreciated!! A 5+ star experience.”

“I live in Bel Aire and prefer using this one over the one at 13th and Oliver. I print my own labels at home because it's cheaper. The packages I drop off get scanned and sent out quicker compared to the other location. The staff is very friendly. The only downside is the hours (closed for lunch and short hours on Saturday).”

“I drop off package serval times a week. An automatic door opener you be great. Now I have to balance all package on the outside window frame and the door opens towards me....ugh. I even got my hand hurt in that door. At least have a handycap door opener for us.”

It made the process very simple that I didnt need to go somewhere to buy material or have to print out a label other than at my office”

“Nice people. Overnite parking is ok.
I had called them before arriving to say that I could stay here for the night. They had told me that you could sleep on the dock or side the dock. Unloading in 40 min.
Three trucks can be parked in front here.”
