“Great company with the best customer service possible. I had the pleasure of speaking with Justin Stedman. Who is the master service technician and he was able to find some of the really old decals I was looking for and had them sent out to Ca. all with in a few days. It just took a email and above all else it was done with no charge. Which is beyond rare for any company to do. For a person that just emailed them and is across the country. Hard to find people like that nowadays.”

I purchased a ys640 in 2015. I still love it as much today as i did 11 years ago. How many 11 year old treagers are still in that fine of condition.
I purchased a pizza oven when they came out. The paint was not quite right but i was promptly sent a corrected unit.
I purchased a ceramic igniter upgrade and it cracked while still under warranty. New one sent right away
I got a control board “s” upgrade. Had no issues. I love it.
Just replaced my stainless grates. The ones over the fire box were starting to get thin and slightly warped.
I have A LOT of hours on this grill.
If i had to find something to complain about….thermocouples have been a once every 18-24 month wear item and they have gotten a little expensive.
Atbbq is always my go to even though i have a local yoder dealer. keep up the great service. And thank you! Its a rare thing these days”

“Kansas Lighting has a great showroom with lots of lights you can see with your own eyes. We were very happy with our LED kitchen lights until 1 quit working quite a while after we bought it. I appreciate the effort they made and that I was able to exchange it for a new replacement light. I highly recommend this business- they do their best to help you out!”

“Needed a new washing machine so I got online and checked several appliance stores from Lowe's to home Depot to Best buy and a few mom and pop stores. That's when in my search I stumbled upon Metro appliance. As always I checked the reviews. There were a few people unsatisfied with the delivery process which made me a little skeptical about purchasing from them. I went into the store because their prices were really competitive. Jordan the sales associate who I spoke to over the phone the day before was not in at the time, but another sales associate name Guthrie stepped in her place and was very knowledgeable and helped me with a seamless and stressless purchase. I was put on the schedule for delivery for Tuesday and just like Guthrie assured of me they would send me a text message the day before reminded me of the time they would be delivering. Then the day of delivery I received a text message letting me know they would be there in the afternoon. Also giving me the delivery driver's name which was Tyrone. I then received a text message later in the day that Tyrone was on his way to deliver my washer. Right after the text, Tyrone called me himself letting me know that he was 15 minutes away. Sure enough the delivery truck pulled in front of my house within 15 minutes. Tyrone and his coworker removed my old washer, replaced it with the new. It took no longer than 15 minutes. Tyrone and his coworker, which I didn't get his name were very courteous and very knowledgeable. They hooked my washer up, explained a few things about the washer to me and then they were on their way. It was a great experience and I will highly recommend Metro appliance to others.”

Tim and Eli in receiving are so helpful & nice ….for my flatbeds they have overnight parking on the side on the building follow delivery sign….open around 6:30am & finish receiving around 4-4:30ish . Give Eli a heads up for which he is PM receiver but don’t talk to Christopher he’ll lie about the times to drivers and is rude !”
