“I went in for the first time to Midwest Sewing & Vacuum Center Thursday January 22, 2025. WOW - from the phone call I made to walking in the door Kim was so sweet. She showed me used sewing machines and new ones and didn't push me towards spending more that I wanted to. I told her what I needed and she let me pick the one I thought would fit my needs without any pressure. Kim got me all fixed up and on my way to continue my re-found interest in sewing after my old machine broke down.

“Needed a new washing machine so I got online and checked several appliance stores from Lowe's to home Depot to Best buy and a few mom and pop stores. That's when in my search I stumbled upon Metro appliance. As always I checked the reviews. There were a few people unsatisfied with the delivery process which made me a little skeptical about purchasing from them. I went into the store because their prices were really competitive. Jordan the sales associate who I spoke to over the phone the day before was not in at the time, but another sales associate name Guthrie stepped in her place and was very knowledgeable and helped me with a seamless and stressless purchase. I was put on the schedule for delivery for Tuesday and just like Guthrie assured of me they would send me a text message the day before reminded me of the time they would be delivering. Then the day of delivery I received a text message letting me know they would be there in the afternoon. Also giving me the delivery driver's name which was Tyrone. I then received a text message later in the day that Tyrone was on his way to deliver my washer. Right after the text, Tyrone called me himself letting me know that he was 15 minutes away. Sure enough the delivery truck pulled in front of my house within 15 minutes. Tyrone and his coworker removed my old washer, replaced it with the new. It took no longer than 15 minutes. Tyrone and his coworker, which I didn't get his name were very courteous and very knowledgeable. They hooked my washer up, explained a few things about the washer to me and then they were on their way. It was a great experience and I will highly recommend Metro appliance to others.”

Tim and Eli in receiving are so helpful & nice ….for my flatbeds they have overnight parking on the side on the building follow delivery sign….open around 6:30am & finish receiving around 4-4:30ish . Give Eli a heads up for which he is PM receiver but don’t talk to Christopher he’ll lie about the times to drivers and is rude !”

“We watch Chef Tom on Youtube and purchased a Yoder YS 640s pellet smoker and assorted spices online. On our way to a wedding in Wisconsin we decided to stop in the actual store. Barry was very helpful as we were looking at add the rotisserie attachment. He took us outside to look how one of the smokers was set up and we got to say hi to Chef Tom, who had just finished taping a new episode. Lots of products, worth the stop.”
