“We went to a big box store for a dishwasher. Waited over a month just to be told they lost it. While waiting for a refund, we checked out Lytton's Appliance and found the same dishwasher for a better price. It was delivered in under a week even though it was a special order! They installed it and hauled off the old one. Lou, our salesman, made the experience easy. He was honest and personable. The gentleman that installed the dishwasher was efficient, kind, and knowledgeable. Their prices are better than the big box store, and their fees for installation and haul away are also less! I wish we would have gone to Lytton's first! Save yourself time, money, and stress and check out this local business!”

“We live over an hour from the east store. I'd ordered a Maytag washer and dryer which took a week to be delivered to the store since they do not make deliveries in our area. We got to the store and notified them of our arrival, gave them the information they needed, and told them we had quite a bit of shopping to do. They told us they would bring them out front and they would be by the customer service when we were done. When we came back to get someone to help us inspect and load them for us, it took almost an hour of waiting. Way too much time. The washer had a dent in it. I did not want to wait another week and have to drive back. Fortunately, they discounted it for us. Most of the employees were very helpful.”
