Having a guy like Mike, the owner of Thesis Audio Service in Wichita, is an amazing privilege.
Other people have to pay to send their stuff to him from all over the country, but we can just walk right in.
His prices are fair, and the work done on my vintage Peavy tube amp was completed and ready for pick-up amazingly fast.
I had no issues whatsoever, but I will say: given my personal interactions with him and seeing what a kind and cheerful guy he is every time we spoke. I would say that anyone who has given him a less than 5 star rating is just making excuses for their own unreasonable character and their inability to be satisfied or see things the right way, regardless of what anyone may do to try to reasonably satisfy them.
If you need this kind of specialized talent to fix your instrument, Mike is the guy to call.”

She explained everything clearly, was incredibly kind and patient, and never pressured me or tried to sneak in any hidden fees or extras. She worked everything out so my monthly bill only went up about $3, even with upgrading to the newest phone. The whole process was easy and straightforward. “My man and I went in a few days ago and had an amazing experience. Like, their AC wasn't working but I didn't even care because I was so happy and grateful for the help Zan gave us! He was wonderful at helping us understand what plans and phones would be perfect for us and even gave us a case for it! The craziest part about the cases is that we had been looking at them and he paid enough attention while also getting our account set up that he noticed which ones we told each other we liked! Long story short, he went above and beyond and not only are we very happy with our new phones but the experience was so much easier than we had anticipated.
