Also just to add, Cox is a horrible and predatory company. Always try to find a local alternative to them. (Cough cough IdeaTek) Especially if you wanna be treated like a real person.

Constantly raising prices, hustling people and upselling to get the most basic stuff. Unless you buy the top notch internet plan, you get 25 year old router technology. The internet service is trash and works when it feels like it. The cable is worse. If I could get other internet here, I’d have it.

HORRIBLE! Quoted me one price then sent me a bill for DOUBLE. After I sat on the phone for 4 hours, 4 different representatives blatantly lied to to in order to get a sale. Sad. Switching to AT&T TODAY! Would not recommend Cox the Crooks!
