“Karla did an absolutely amazing job helping me upgrade from my iPhone 14 Pro Max to the new iPhone 17 Pro Max. She explained everything clearly, was incredibly kind and patient, and never pressured me or tried to sneak in any hidden fees or extras. She worked everything out so my monthly bill only went up about $3, even with upgrading to the newest phone. The whole process was easy and straightforward. Highly recommend this Verizon location, and if you go in, definitely ask for Karla!”

“I messed up my phone and didn't know how to fix it. I walked into the store at 530 S. West Street , Wichita Kansas and was greeted by Jorry B. I told my issues with my phone and needed help with what I do to fix my phone. Jorry B. as I know him said he would look at my phone and fix it if he could. He did, after working on my phone for close to an hour he had it running. I was so pleased with everything he did I wanted to reward him for a job well done. Thinking he might get commission for selling me a new phone, he told me they don't sell phones at his location and informed me where I could buy one. I just wanted to reward him for excellent customer service. I offered $100 tip for his service and he declined. He said it was his pleasure. Jorry B. is my go to guy. I implore his chain of command to reward him a $100 bonus for job well done. You lose Jorry B. to another employer you lose me as a customer. Reward him a $100 bonus. and let the world know what kind of employer you truly are and the kind of people you employ.
