“This is the store you need to go to. We came here after being screwed over by the store on Maple and Maize. Quinton let me explain the entire situation and then proceeded to help make things right. He was very knowledgeable, concerned about how we were treated previously, and eager to help us. He helped cancel everything that was done previously and ended up getting me a better deal than I was promised at the other store. We were very happy with the service we got from Quinton…especially considering I was ready to cancel service after our experience with the other store. He saved the day! If you need help with anything having to do with Verizon, I would highly recommend going to Quinton. He’s my go to guy. Very happy customer now!”

“So I wasn’t actually expecting to visit here. But as it were, I was saved a wait on shipping times, when I switched to a higher speed modem. They had it ready, Cheyenne, I believe, knew her game really well, only took her a couple clicks and scans, very friendly, nice atmosphere, beautiful Christmas tree, lovely staff. The modem switch out was so prompt, that I was impressed, and decided to get more business from Cox, mostly based on the rep’s kindness and expertise. I went with mobile service. Again, Cheyenne knew how to breeze through it, and held excellent conversation, while the activation process went across. She trained another guy, Rami, who I think she said started around the same time, but just got into doing the mobile segment of the business process, and he did great as well. Very attentive and caring, they listen well, they kept me engaged, therefore, interested as ever. Will probably go out of my way, a little, anyhow, and start paying my bill in here, just because they know how to make it seem kinda like home away from home, and the stylish layout of the store, while somewhat minimalist, is right in my zone, cozy and clean.”

“I have had T mobile March of this year and I’m loving it. The plan I have is awesome and I never go over because it’s unlimited. The guy who started my plan and who sold the service and phone to me and my son was really nice and very professional and made us feel welcome and whenever we go in there he always helps us. I can’t remember his name but he is a young Hispanic man whose hair is usually platted . They need more customer service people in the industry like him. The service of t mobile is good my calls never drop and nothing ever lags. I’m very satisfied”
