“Just want to shout out to Jeremy (Store Manager) and Paul (technician) at Mobilcomm. I didn't have anything "broken", but I had a Samsung smart watch that needed a new battery. Both gentlemen had the best customer service. The best attitude. And Paul had a new battery installed in my watch in less than 15 minutes. Great customer service, great knowledge, friendly, and timeliness. That's what makes this place a must to go place for fixing anything "smart". Great job guys!!! “I needed a screen protector put on my phone. Every Verizon store I went to, said that they couldn’t put it on, or “they might mess it up and couldn’t guarantee putting the screen protector on properly. I stopped by the mall and asked if they would be able to put this on for me and they said they would and without a charge! These guys are awesome! They are fast, friendly, and efficient! I highly recommend. We will be buying our accessories from them moving forward.”

“I just had the best experience with Letty at this location. She was so kind and helpful in helping me upgrade a new phone for my son. Letty was knowledgeable on the products. After I left the store, we found out that my husband phone got shut off because it has a similar phone number as my son which is my fault because I didn't specify which phone number to her. . I had to call her and tell her what happened when I got home. She got it resolved in a matter of minutes. Everyone is happy with their phones now. I had a bad experience at the 47th & Broadway location. The sales girl there is rude and not helpful which led to her losing two sales from me in less than 6 months to go to other locations. I'm glad that I went to the Pawnee and Seneca location because that's where I got the best service. I will continue to take my business there! Thank you so much Letty!!”

“Even though my Dad doesn't like Target, my Mom and I stop by there. It's really refreshing to have such a good collection of items. I had seen the something being used on a makeup video and wondered where I was going to find it, but luckily Target had it. They have a great collection of plus size clothes which is comforting. If you cannot afford certain things, Target is the way to go because this and that items are even cute! This particular store is always stocked up which is nice because the people there want to look around even if it's just to look at their selection.”
