“We had Cox internet for years here in East Wichita, and the outages finally became ridiculous. Our internet would go down 3–4 times a month, and it wasn't usually for a few minutes—it could be out for 5–6 hours at a time.
Then AT&T started installing fiber lines in our neighborhood. We eventually decided to give AT&T Fiber a try, and I'm glad we did.
I have to give Cox some credit: their internet was probably the best advertisement for AT&T Fiber that AT&T could have asked for. 😂
The difference has been night and day. AT&T Fiber is extremely fast, reliable, and having fiber directly to the home is a huge improvement over what we had before. Large downloads and uploads that used to take forever are incredibly quick now, and everything in the house can be online without feeling like we're fighting for bandwidth.
I also really like AT&T's outage policy. If you experience a qualifying network outage of 20 minutes or more, AT&T says they'll automatically issue a bill credit for a full day of service. That's how it should be.
If Cox had offered us a free day every time our internet went out, I'm pretty sure they would've gone broke just paying us back. 😂
For anyone in East Wichita who has AT&T Fiber available and is tired of dealing with unreliable cable internet, I absolutely recommend giving it a try. Switching to AT&T Fiber has been one of those decisions where I wish we had done it sooner.”

“Dario is a stellar employee. Whatever you are paying him is not enough. He helped me transfer my phone data to new iPhones. He offered to take my old phones so I didn’t have to mail them back in (wowza!). He sold me cases. Screen protectors. Cored and cubes for charging He’s fabulous. I had a problem with one of my phones Apple IDs and HE FIXED IT. I’ve been battling this problem for 3 years and he cleaned it up in two seconds. Other apple employees have failed. This guy is worth his weight in gold. Pay him well. Promote him. No. I’m not related to him. I don’t know him outside this transaction. But I do know STELLAR service and this guy (Dario) has it going on. Treat him right.”
