“Outstanding customer service. I came in from out of town and realized the conference organizers didn’t have the right audio for me. I called Kent AV and Matt immediately took care of me. By the time I arrived in a Uber to pick up the gear (less than 30 mins), it was all fully prepared, and they even included batteries for the mic (which most companies don’t do!!). The rental gear was great quality and very well maintained, the business offers a wide range of options to choose from (eg different types of hand held, lav, and head-worn microphones), and overall it was an amazing customer service experience. Highly recommend!!”

“a quick stop and shop option without having to drive waaay east or all the way out to New Market Square if you live closer to Maple and Ridge Rd area. If you can’t find something at Walmart you might find it here instead and if not you’ll find something you didn’t know you needed and for a good price too. You just have to look. Like cards, wider variety of cards to choose from and I don’t think I’ve ever had a squeaky cart that didn’t want to roll or make a clunking noise because one wheel was missing a chunk out of it, lol.”

“Store is always clean and welcoming. If I’m looking for a quick in and out, I’ll come here as opposed to Walmart. Was looking for a specific Lego set today that said it was in stock. The girl behind the customer service desk wasn’t helpful, telling me that if I didn’t see it with the other Legos, they probably don’t have it. I went and found another female employee in an aisle who was busy, but still much more helpful, looking it up on her tablet and retrieving it from the backroom for me.”
