“Outstanding customer service. I came in from out of town and realized the conference organizers didn’t have the right audio for me. I called Kent AV and Matt immediately took care of me. By the time I arrived in a Uber to pick up the gear (less than 30 mins), it was all fully prepared, and they even included batteries for the mic (which most companies don’t do!!). The rental gear was great quality and very well maintained, the business offers a wide range of options to choose from (eg different types of hand held, lav, and head-worn microphones), and overall it was an amazing customer service experience. Highly recommend!!”

“a quick stop and shop option without having to drive waaay east or all the way out to New Market Square if you live closer to Maple and Ridge Rd area. If you can’t find something at Walmart you might find it here instead and if not you’ll find something you didn’t know you needed and for a good price too. You just have to look. Like cards, wider variety of cards to choose from and I don’t think I’ve ever had a squeaky cart that didn’t want to roll or make a clunking noise because one wheel was missing a chunk out of it, lol.”

“Actually better than expected. I was a T-Mobile customer and I just felt like I was getting ripped off with the very fragile and buggy Pixel 6a, which I tried after having been a Moto fan, out of curiosity. The screen was cracking from over heating and the phone was just too quirky and over hyped and just over priced. But now I have the very awesome Moto stylus for free, and I'm guessing it will be just as good as my old Motos. Moto doesn't add bloatware like a lot of people assume. They make very high quality stuff and they add a layer of refinement that is actually good. Anyway cricket was a little more than I was expecting monthly but it's not bad.”
