I didn't have anything "broken", but I had a Samsung smart watch that needed a new battery. Both gentlemen had the best customer service. The best attitude. And Paul had a new battery installed in my watch in less than 15 minutes. Great customer service, great knowledge, friendly, and timeliness. That's what makes this place a must to go place for fixing anything "smart". Great job guys!!! And thank you so much for getting my watch back in peak running shape!!”

The only reasons they didn't get a full 5 stars is because while they were fixing my phone screen they accidentally damaged a camera lense on the back side of the phone. I was pretty upset considering the phone was supposed to be ready to pick up around their closing time. I did explain to them that I was from out of town and they did take that into consideration and tried to give me enough notice after realizing that they had to order a camera lense. I really do appreciate these guys, and how professional they were even when I was very upset over the phone. And then I called every day until they finally, finally told me I could come pick up my phone.”
