“Just want to shout out to Jeremy (Store Manager) and Paul (technician) at Mobilcomm. I didn't have anything "broken", but I had a Samsung smart watch that needed a new battery. Both gentlemen had the best customer service. The best attitude. And Paul had a new battery installed in my watch in less than 15 minutes. “This place is pretty awesome. They fixed my phone rather quickly. The only reasons they didn't get a full 5 stars is because while they were fixing my phone screen they accidentally damaged a camera lense on the back side of the phone. I was pretty upset considering the phone was supposed to be ready to pick up around their closing time. I did explain to them that I was from out of town and they did take that into consideration and tried to give me enough notice after realizing that they had to order a camera lense. I really do appreciate these guys, and how professional they were even when I was very upset over the phone. And then I called every day until they finally, finally told me I could come pick up my phone.”
