“Not always readily available on the same day but they do their best and I've had a lot of success getting cars right away.
Of course they're always clean if there's a problem they get you another one.
local locations are always a little understaffed so be prepared for that and plan for extra time and possible vehicle pick up location changeouts.
But otherwise the Alexandria Kentucky and Newport Kentucky locations serve their purpose well.
I use them to fill the gaps when we have fleet vehicles that are down or when a technician needs a vehicle right away.”

“I will definitely be back when I go on my next vacation. Eli was the person who helped me from the start to the end. He was very nice and helpful. I had made my reservation in February for July. I had booked a van because I had a lot of luggage and handicap equipment I needed to travel with for my mother. I called the day before my reservation and was told that majority of their vans had a recall, but I would still be given a large SUV. I arrived for my reservation and Eli informed me that they only had two vans left and they were both used. I was upgraded to a large SUV for the same price. He showed me both my options and I picked the Wagonner. It was a very large and spacious SUV. While in Florida, we had a probably with the trunk beeping and not turning off. When I called enterprise, Eli directed me to roadside. I ended up going to a mechanic and it was fixed with a push of the button. When returning the SUV, Eli made sure that it was good and I was fully satisfied with my rental. Great employees and great quality of cars!”

“I had an accident and had no rental coverage on my insurance policy. I had to have a car for work/life. I had a friend recommend BMC and I contacted Shawn in Newport. I was in an absolute panic. He said “don't worry we got you” immediately relieving my panic. He was willing to work with me on price to see what discounts he could give. The staff had a car ready and waiting for me the day I called.
I didn’t know how long my car would take to be fixed. I was told “it will be this Friday,” then I was told “next Friday” and so on by the company working on my car. I’d call Shawn and say I need it a little longer. He’d say “no problem.”
I can’t thank Shawn and the staff at BMC enough! They are amazing! Please call them if you need a rental!”

“I have consistently and almost constantly been renting from from this Location for over a year now. At first I felt like any other customer. Buy over this last year? II have been blown away. I the above and beyond customer service. I have received specifically from the 2 women who run the front desk. When I had to travel every weekend and needed last minute reservations.They were always happy to help and Made it Happen. Most importantly.
Over the last 9 months my father has been done time. And we have needed transportation more than ever..For Doctor's appointments, hospital stays and Then being able to be at hospice with him his last week and not have to worry about getting to my kids if there were some kind-of emergency.
There are days those ladies who are working the front desk, are cleaning returns for reservations, doing oil changes and trying to get to the phones when I have come to extend a reservation, only to watch the customer in front of me talk down to them and complain about the wait (literally her walking back in from cleaning a return- 2 min) and keep a smile on her face.
I'm sure one day I will buy a car but for several reasons, this has been working for me and I will send anyone looking for a rental there. - Monica Swango ♥️”

“Got a rental car during collision repair on one of my cars. This was my first time renting from Hertz. I rented from the store on Old 74 here in Eastern Cincinnati. The staff were friendly, easy to work with and got me out of the store with no delays. I was satisfied with I the Kia Soul. It was clean with about 20k miles on it. I dropped it off a week later the repair shop and Hertz personnel retrieved it later. Very smooth operation with no issues. Other rental companies have given me cars that were totally unacceptable and had to be switched out at considerable inconvenience to me. Hertz has my business.”
