“I went in for a rental at the Norwood Ridge Road location and the vehicle that I reserved was left on empty from the previous renter, so the agent that assisted me, Amon'te, waived the gas fee for me and told me not worry about it. He was also very concise when explaining their policy, and he explained everything in a way that wasn't overwhelming (especially for a first time renter). The agent that assisted me with my return, Carrie, was super friendly and attentive. She seemed genuinely interested in my rental experience with Enterprise. She even addressed me by my first name. As someone who used to work in the customer service field, simple things like addressing customers by their first name is a way to make them feel valued. Top tier customer service from both people. Should I ever have to rent again, it's going to be from the Ridge Road location. They made my first rental experience really easy. 10/10!”

“Renting the vehicle was an easy transaction. Nice and friendly employees. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is the extremely strong odor of cigarettes once I turned the A/C on. It took almost all day before the odor went away. If Budget does charge a smoking fee then the car should be thoroughly cleaned! Other than that the car had no other issues.”

“I spoke with DJ who was very accommodating about our rental. We had reserved the car for 3.30 pick up but had to change the time to 10am. DJ was very nice about it and made special arrangements.... with very short notice to make sure we had vehicle ready for puck up the next day at 10am. And we even got an upgrade! The Avis on Glenway Ave in Bridgetown is absolutely the car rental place that we will always choose! 10 stars!”

I have rented a car about 10-15 times from this location within the past year. Every car I have received I have no complaints about. I always feel welcomed and like I said taken care of! It has always been an easy process from beginning until end. I’m very understanding when they are busy, they can’t control how busy they can be! I do try to arrive early just in case so I highly suggest you do the same! Please don’t let the negative reviews scare you, it is a good location to rent a car at! All of the employees I have interacted with are respectful and will make sure you taken care of. This place has been reliable to me all in all.
