“The establishment demonstrated commendable organization and efficiency, resulting in reasonable wait times and satisfactory response rates. The provision of snacks and clothing options adequately met customers' needs.
However, there is an opportunity for improvement in fostering customer engagement, especially when multiple employees are present.
Despite this, the overall experience was satisfactory, with the positive aspects outweighing the areas for improvement.
One thing I neglected to mention is that the restrooms required better maintenance; the locks on the doors seemed to be broken, and the faucets felt loose. Additionally, the restrooms were not very clean.”
“Neat little speedway based on location. Located on Lexington Avenue in Ashland, KY, you can enter the gas station from three points. From Lexington Ave, or from the side on 13th Street or the other side from MLK, Jr. Ave. Think of a triangle with the gas station in the center. Decent store with all the typical speedway convenience items and standard layout and organization. Employees were super friendly and nice. Was just here for coffee and snack but a good experience.”
“very reliable, good service.
shelf and cooler items are always available.
inside of convenience store, restrooms and overall fueling area void of trash”

“I always enjoy going here for gas. With the savings and the points. Then They also have about the best coffee You can find most anyplace. And after the seventh cup of beverage, You get ten cents off a gallon of gas. After awhile it kind of adds up. The Employees are very kind and curious to most everyone. They even thanked me for my Serving in the Marine Corps. Thank You for helping out with everything and being very nice. GOD Bless to You all.”
“Today was my 1st time ever going here My immediate impression was . It is very clean!! The A) C was so needed when I walked in.Kyle was my cashier I liked that he actually made eye contact, and was polite and efficient I will definitely be back”
“We were on our way home today from Lexington and stopped for gas. This was the cleanest gas station I’ve ever seen. All of the staff were very nice and helpful. The manager, especially, went out of her way to be kind and take time to get our pizza made and ready in the most efficient way. It was the delicious! Best pizza ever. We will always stop here on our trips to and from Lexington!!! I give it 5 stars”
“Don’t know anything about this place. We stopped for gas after I got out of the hospital for a couple of weeks. Someone came out with Baskin-Robbin’s which was delicious. Other than that I couldn’t tell you the first thing about it”

“Like most convenience stores and gas stations, it is well designed for quick in and out.Not the cleanest you will ever see, but they are definitely trying. High customer volume makes that difficult with limited staff.Generally well stocked.Their "Speedy Rewards" loyalty program is one of the best, including fuel discounts.”

“The guys that have been working when I have stopped in there...I feel were rude. And the prices of everything in the store is high. They were going to charge me .50 for a cup of ice. I only buy gas there. And that's even been messed up.”
“This Walgreens has the most friendly and knowledgeable employees who don't hesitate to go the extra mile to make you feel like you are a valued customer. Always friendly and professional.”
“I love ? this location, I'm mostly referring to the pharmacy and the drive thru where mOsT everyone treats me as King ? They know my name when I drive up ... as well as my birth date ?

Kindest staff I've encountered

“This place has been a staple as long as I can remember. While ownership changed a few years ago, and that is a whole other issue with the city. Im happy they are still here. AND, They still have their donuts and donut holes..”
