“Great produce. Fresh butchered meat. Horrible freezer section. Also there's a pharmacy and a fantastic deli. Service is either amazing or crap depending on who is working and how they are running things. My number 2# grocery store just under Walmart at #1”
“Gas pumps work well. I used a debit card to make my purchase so there was no interaction with a person. I like buying gas at Kroger because of the discount offered for my grocery and prescription purchases.”

“I gave this DG 4 stars instead of 5 because some of the shelves were pretty empty. I'm not sure if this is a store issue or a delivery truck issue. The store was pretty clean. The cashier was nice and friendly and helpful. Be sure to be prepared for no carts when shopping at this particular DG because unfortunately people have stolen all of their carts but a couple. Very sad situation, indeed!!”

“I drove down to the Ashland area from Cincinnati & was looking for gas, so naturally, I stopped at Kroger. While inside, I joked to myself that I was visiting from the home office, since Kroger is based in Cincinnati. (They can't all be winners, folks.)Anyway, I wasn't looking for anything in particular, as I was still a couple hours from home, but I grabbed a Dr. Pepper for the drive. I used the self checkout, so I didn't really interact with anyone, but I was in & out pretty quickly.”
“Got my groceries at good prices and was getting ready to leave and ran out of gas. Two employees pushed my vehicle to the gas station across the parking lot. They were Angels for me I am handicapped and had enough money for gas but not a gas can.”

“Just got gasoline here but I didn't go in. I had to send in my nurse's aid. Because I use a wheelchair and I didn't have my wheelchair with me. I only had my Walker.”
“The people in the Pharmacy were wonderful tonight in helping me. Especially Chevy. She is always so pleasant, polite and very helpful. She goes above and beyond the call of duty. She definitely deserves a raise. The Pharmacist is exceptional too. I have some problems with some prescriptions that wasn’t my fault or his. The Dr wrote them wrong. And he has worked patiently and diligently to help me figure it out. This is just a wonderful place. With wonderful employees that need to be recognized. Thank you for all you do me. I appreciate it.”
“They definitely need more cashiers working. Both times I've been inside in the past couple days, they've had one person working the self checkouts & one at a cash register. That's putting too much work on the only two employees working.
The only reason I'm giving 4 stars is bc I don't want to hurt the employees performance review, but Walmart, as a corporation, needs to do better!!”

“Great customer service at my door!!! Thank you! He was amazing and much deserving of a raise, very kind and helpful! I believe Kroger knows the name according to my records and he was quick, accurate at directions, and on time!!! He was one of the best I ever had and I hope to have his service in the future. Also my order was correct and my refrigerated food was kept cold! I cannot say enough excellent customer service he provided other than he is much deserving of a raise if I was his boss!! Thank you, this was a very pleasant experience with delivery of my groceries!!!”
