“Cody was great, and was an advocate for my parents and really went the extra mile. I went in with my parents because they had a bunch of issues with their account and fraud; he did all the math by hand and made sure they were credited every cent that they were owed. My parents really appreciated him helping them so much and made sure everything was settled with their account. I've always had good experiences with this location.”
“yes I want to leave a review for this Verizon store. I’m in. I came in with a big problem. It took a few minutes for Jacob to clear the way for me to get into my situation, but he was excellent. He, he spoke to his boss in the process so I feel very reassured. I’m 76 years old and I don’t understand most of this so it’s nice to have somebody take time with me. Thank you.”

“The guy working tonight was amazing and I wish I could remember his name to put it on here anyways this store was out of phone cases for my device I bought and he knew my concern of dropping this new iPhone I purchased, unfortunately they were out of cases so to make sure I left happy and satisfied he offered me his personal phone case that matched my new phone which was an awesome gesture of authentic and genuine kindness and I appreciate him very much ! “Mandy was an absolute breath of fresh air! Not only was she able to fix my issues with the phone, she actually brightened my whole day! I'm so glad cricket was my first stop today as it was a great way to begin the day. After telling me how young I looked (I'm 40?,) instead of turning me away and having me call 611 she actually got on chat with them herself and resolved the problem for me!? And even when we had a couple bumps in the road she didn't give up, she was persistent, and she resolved the issue. Thanks again Mandy! And great job to Cricket for picking her as part of their team!

He also saved us money on our account while getting new Iphone & Samsung phones. He took the time to explain everything so that we understood the new phones. This has been by far the best experience I have ever had with ATT. Ethan and Kaleb were very personable and very knowledgeable about the products.
