“Only been to the Florence location a handful of times. Sometimes (most) you don’t get acknowledged or asked if you need help. Which is Usually fine. But the last two time I was there I was help by Jack. ( that was the name on his apron). I needed a specific bolt and he researched online to see if the kit I was looking at had that bolt in it. And when it didn’t he made sure I had the right one. Next time multiple people saw me trying to get help with getting keys and kept walking by. Finally the last person I saw I asked if they could get someone to help me. Jack came again. He was friendly, greeted me made sure I had the right keys and and even got a “have a nice day” I’m really appreciate of good customer service.”
“I just returned to the store after shopping because I left my cell phone in my cart which also had 2 credit cards on it. I was sure someone would have taken it, especially at Christmas time and was panicked. An employee, Lucas, found it in the cart in the lot and was kind enough to turn it in! Thanks again, Lucas!!!”
“I absolutely LOVE this store! I will be honest, I haven't shopped at Walmart in about 15 to 20 years. I stopped due to they "lost" all of my layaway at Christmas time (when tickle me Elmo)was a hot new toy! Well, I just shopped there today(1/7/2020) AND OMG!! They have improved and impressed me a 100%!! The employees where friendly and sooo very helpful.. I WILL be shopping there from now on. They are so much better than crappy,dirty and rude Target. “I had to go here 4 times in 3 days. Each time the customer service was actually OUTSTANDING, like people literally going out of their way to help me. This is with the exception of one instance. In attempting to return something the man working the return desk was condescending, snarky and rude.”
“I ordered a Stuttgart canna lily and it's gorgeous. I only ordered one because the reviews weren't very good but look at this beauty. I want a Busa Florida banana plant but I'm too afraid to spend that amount of money. This is the alternative and I already have a forest of other canna lilies so I was confident I could grew this one too.”
