“The staff working are absolute legends. I got stuck due to bad weather riding my new motorcycle home from Missouri to Georgia. They were kind enough to let me ride out the storm for almost 4 hours. Great to see staff looking out for customers.”

“This was my experience with Fortner Propane: If customer service was an Olympic event Fortner Propane in Cadiz, Kentucky would bring home the Gold. The delivery driver was at our home in less than 3hrs to fill our tank after my wife called, he was very respectful, knowledgeable, and a very good representative of Fortner. Just a great guy with a sincere eager to please attitude, which is rare today. We struck up a conversation while the tank was being filled, we are now on a first name basis, and I consider the guy not just my propane man, but a friend now as well. Thank you Stan for the prompt delivery, and our much appreciated conversation. This type of personable service is why we will always call on Fortner for our propane needs…”

“I've been using this gas station for years and these are some of the nicest people. Usually the owner behind the counter, and when my little boy was younger she would always give him a piece of chocolate candy every time i brought him in. He's just never with me anymore. She's always personable and asks about my day, even to the point of asking for updates on projects I've told her I'm working on. It's rare to get that kind of service. People usually give fake kindness if you get any kindness at all. At this place, it's all genuine.”

“They have the best live bait in the area of Cadiz, Ky. Open 365 days a year, open 5am - 11pm. I'm not worried about whether they smiled at me or took time to chat. I do like the fact they don't handle each minnow! (Hand counting)They use a DIP NET & the minnows stayed alive all day. Great ban for my buck!”
